Great rope for slack in handles for mult height
Love this rope! The handles have room for slack so you can adjust for multiple sizes if needed. Would def recommend, doing CrossFit 10+ years and this is perfect and affordable

Best I’ve ever used
I have gone through a number of different brands and manufacturers looking for the speed rope that would make double unders easy for me (CrossFit)News Flash: Double Unders are never going to be easy for me.That said… this rope has a fast, smooth action and consistent swing along with the best length adjustment mechanism I have ever seen, and having the right tools can make any job feel easier.The quick-set length adjustment is amazing. Instead of cinching your rope into a thumbscrew vice and then trimming the ends off, the cable feeds through the handle and is held in place with a press down tension spring. (Terrible explanation, but hopefully a little helpful) In short… you don’t have to commit to one rope length. At any time you can lengthen or shorten the rope to match the length you need, so if you have athletes of different heights in the household/gym, they can ALL use this rope.The handles are another positive for me. I am 6’3″, 260, so a larger person. Some of the ropes that I have used (RPM) have very thin handles, which feel inconsequential in my hands. The Bear Komplex rope has large diameter (but still very light) handles, which make it easier to grip and offer a significant swing aid to help build rhythm on dubs and improved rope action on crossovers etc…This is the best rope I have ever found and I highly recommend it.

Smooth and fast! Better than my $60 Bolt set
So I have been looking for a lower priced jump rope set for awhile that has similar features to the “Bolt” set by CrossRope which retails for $70. This set is not only less expensive turned out to actually be smoother! I’m completely blown away! Now I haven’t had it for long so not sure if it will hold up as long and cutting the metal wired rope to length was a hassle but wow is this thing smooth! You can adjust it slightly during your workout which is phenomenal! If you’re into super fast speed work you will really like this one. Handles have a tiny bit of weight but feel great. I’ll post an update in a few months.

6-7 month life span
At first I loved the rope, it spun well, it was adjustable, and fit my budget. I bought it in November of 2024, and at time of writing June 11 2025, the ball bearings in the handle have come out, I can’t get them back in, and the rope no longer stays in the handles. In the end, I would not recommend this rope due to the shortness of its life. IF it lasted longer, totally worth it. But 6-7 months is not long enough lasting for me.

Cable is to short for taller people.
Cable is to short for anyone 5’11” or taller. Other than that the quality isn’t bad. Wish the cable was longer. Luckily I have my old cable and just needed new handles.

Ich springe zweimal in der Woche für jeweils zehn Minuten. Das Seil ist in einem guten Zustand, aber der Griff ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Er ist völlig kaputt, obwohl er nie runtergefallen oder irgendwo gegengeschlagen ist. Wirklich eine schlechte Qualität. Für den Preis hätte ich eine bessere Qualität erwartet.

La verdad esperaba mucho por la marca pero definitivamente la cuerda no es su fuerte, la cuerda recién comprada la estrene en un Open y no me sirvio de nada se salió la cuerda cuando estaba bicna do y casi lastimó a alguien por culpa de eso.Insisto tengan cuidado, espero que haya sido la que compre yo y no las de las demás gente la que salió defectuosa.
