Try it, you will not regret it!!
I have been using it, just going into my 3rd week, I am so happy I’ve already ordered another jar and still have some left. It does get hot but not for a long time (which does not mean, it’s not working). It might make you itch a little, just a rub is enough, smells like a methol but the smell does not linger and not greasy at all, absorbs well into the body. I have not worked out and sort of watching what I eat and drink. I know for a fact if I was working out and dieting it would work even better. I have been using it for my fupa, LADIES IT WORKS!! I have noticed the fupa shrinking and I could not be happier!!!! I use about the amount of a large grape, rub/massage it onto my fupa and abdominal area in circular motions counter clock wise going downwards. REMEMBER, everyons body reacts differently to products so just try it for yourself!! IT WORKS!!!

Feel the heat
This product does what it says. When putting it on, after showering, you start to feel the heat within minutes. Other times it takes about 5-10 minutes.It may feel like a burning sensation depending how much you apply to an area so I suggest using small amounts on skin at first get a feel of it. Also it has lead to itching after several hours so be sure to wipe it before reapplying.

BURNS BAD WAY TOO BAD
I got this and I put it on my stomach and my back and I went to go walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I hopped off 10 minutes in to my workout because how bad it burned and it itched so bad it. It’s so bad I hopped in the shower to try to wash it off and then as soon as the water hit it, it just started burning even more and itching. I could not stop itching. It burns so bad. I am in so much pain. I never write reviews about anything, but this is so bad.DO NOT BUY IT!! it is a waste of money. It didn’t even make me sweat. It just burned.

Bought it a few times for detoxing but not weight loss.
I’ve bought this a few times over the years. It’s never toned my abs. Till this day it’s never done anything to help my muscles however I like how it feels and it definitely helps with sweating so if you are doing a cleanse or detox (like I do) I’d highly recommend it. Sitting in the sauna you will come out dripping.

I’m still sitting on the fence with this item. Can’t seem to find it’s miraculous ways as mentioned on some other reviews. I can certainly feel the hot burning but not as its been declared. It’s a slight stinging sensation.There is a strong menthol smell which I dislike (always have) & suspect that the menthol causes the sensation. Any seen or felt benefits >nope, NIL, nothing yet.Purchased it recently (maybe a month) but only just started using it. Instructions to follow it very clear and precise. I will continue using it until I can see some results. Until then 3 stars 🌟 rating.
