Too early to tell whether this is the answer to my back problems as this is the first roller I’ve ever used; however after a few uses – so far so good (my back isn’t worse:) The roller seams to be everything the seller said it was: great quality, super firm (Can’t imagine anything being more firm unless it was made out of concrete or steel:) From all I can tell thus far, I have no reason to doubt that it’s going to help my back/health and be a great roller for the rest of my life (based on the lifetime warranty and apparent quality!) So I’ll give my rating now and adjust it later if anything negative comes to the surface. Also, I’ll give this only 4 stars for travel-ability and leave the 5 stars for the smaller ones, though using this for traveling is NOT why I bought this. In fact, I’m not sure why they have a traveling rating on this product as this is the full-meal deal in the roller world, not a snack!!! (which is exactly what I wanted!)

Perfect foam! Careful opening them!
I purchased a 36” and 18” foam rollers- these are nice firm but these rollers have a little soft give and they are the best I have ever used. They are effective yet are not painfully firm. I would caution to open them carefully as the foam sits close on the ends of the boxes- and if you were to use a knife or razor cutter to slit the box open you certainly could cut into the foam. I had read this on other reviews and was extra careful opening mine. There isn’t a “hey you be careful cutting into me” warning on the box- so for the overly excited box opener type- the foam could get caught in the process.
