Why fail to turn on the unit?
Reduce the water amount and make sure it is below MAx line.
Why shut off suddenly during work?
Please check if the USB cable has been disconnected, try to unplug the DC socket and plug it back to turn on the unit.
Why is my diffuser is not misting very strongly?
If the diffuser is not misting very strongly, there are a few things that can cause this. Check your water level. If the water is too full, the mist will not come out strongly. We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line.
Why water leakage from unit?
Under these conditions, the mist may condense quickly into water droplets. Please wipe them up.

Love the simplicity, works great!
This product is perfect for a work area. I use mine in my office. The light settings are subtle and comfortable to the eyes. I have used it without essential oils and with essential oils. If you are changing scents, I would clean it and then run one full water cycle through it before adding another scent.I can not mix essential oils, and do not like strong, overwhelming scents, so this product is perfect at giving just the right amount.The noise level is low, so it is not distracting in my office when I am busy with schoolwork.I have had this product for several months now, and it has not given me any issues. One thing I would recommend, if it is in a room where you spend a lot of time, you might want something with a larger water tank, because this one has a small water tank, and I have to fill it up at least twice when I have a busy day in my office.For the price, the product was definitely worth the money. I love the simplicity of it, its cute design, and how it does not take up a lot of space on my already messy desk.

Good product
The diffuser works well , but the heat level can feel a little warm after it’s been running for a while. It’s not too hot to touch, just warmer than I expected. It still feels safe, but I think it could stay a bit cooler. And the scent is definitely soothing.That said, the water tank is pretty small, so it doesn’t last very long before needing a refill. Another thing about this product is that barely any smoke comes out as you can see from the videoOverall, it does the job and looks nice, and definitely easy to clean and its easy to use. but I wish it held more water and ran longer for the price.

We had really high hopes for this diffuser. We followed instructions (which are not that difficult by the way) down to the button but it doesn’t seem to be working. Unlike all the other video reviews we’ve seen here, ours does not release steam on top & seems to not want to work.. Very sad.*UPDATE 06/07*:Seller contacted us weeks later to try and resolve the problem and sent us a new diffuser. As soon as we tested it, full steam came out! Works perfectly! Guess the original we got was just damaged. Thank you for the replacement! Very happy with the diffuser

Cute and affordable! does the job!
Cutest little diffuser ever for a good price! The light has two modes, white light and orange light. The diffuser turns off automatically when water is low/out which is a nice feature I love! The plastic top is a bit flimsy seems like it could break easy though. Doesn’t make too much noise you can just hear the water a little bit.

Great Quality, Great Looks
This is a small diffuser, perfect for an office or bedroom. It looks great with the faux wood grain on the bottom and 3 options for lights. Light options are bright white, soft white, or off. The ultrasonic diffuser works great with essential oils. I love the combination of the wood grain and the soft white light. Makes a beautiful addition to my desk while adding a refreshing scent.

Mine were defective maybe
I don’t know if the ones I received were defective but one stopped working a week after I started using it and the second one never worked out of the package would have returned them but the return deadline had passed I bought them before a move and had them in original packaging for over a month before using my daughter bought the same ones and hers worked though

Love.ease of use, auto shut off and colored light
Perfect.This is my first diffuser and I’ve been using with Teatree oil & placing next to a window fan to repellent flies from outside my bedroom window.So far, works great!!I like that the changing light colors can be stopped on a specific color of choice by pushing the button when it changes go that color.I like that it turns itself off when the Water gets too low.

Packs a good little punch of fragrance
Very fast delivery, got it within 24 hrs. It’s a tiny little thing but really packs some power! Only drawback for me is, like most everything now, the cord to plug it in. If companies are going to continue to send cords that only have a computer ability to plug in, they need to include the converter block, or just a regular plug on things. I can’t be the only one to feel this way. But overall the diffuser works great with the essential oils I ordered!
