Item is waste money . The chain is very cheap and asap broke. It comes with a cord chain but that was not purpose buying it . Not worth it

The MIKUHOT 528 Hz Meditation Necklace Breathing Frequency Sound Healing Device by Adjusting The Breathing for Anxiety & Stress Relief Mindfulness (Black) is packaged beautifully and comes with both a chain and a cord for a variety of looks. The whistle is well-made and feels sturdy. The sound of the whistle is extremely pleasant, with no tune issues regardless of how much breath you put into it. The whistle hooks into a plastic cap, which is what connects it to the chain or cord, so one side of the whistle is exposed at all times. That isn’t ideal for cleanliness, but makes it super easy to grab when you need it. You can just pull the whistle out to use it. It would be ideal if the cap had a hole in it so you could just use the whistle on the necklace without removing the cap. That way there wouldn’t be a risk of losing the whistle also.Based on which way the whistle is turned, you can inhale or exhale into it to make the tune. Both ways allow you to focus on your breathing to help with meditation. It gives me an opportunity to take calming breaths when I need to lower the stress reading on my smartwatch. I also really enjoy the sound and find it pleasing. My four-year-old typically does not like sounds and has stolen this, using it in situations where he is overwhelmed to help him calm down.Overall, I really enjoy this necklace and think it is a well-made product that is effective and has a great sound. With the way it is packaged, it would also make a great gift.

Great sound bad design
It has a great sound but a terrible design. I had it less than 30 days and it had fallen out twice. I was lucky enough to find the whistle part both times and they do provide additional little plastic rings to fit in the holder but that just tells me they know there’s a design flaw a weakness in it so I wound up returning it and buying a one piece so I didn’t have to worry about losing it. The sound is not quite as good in the one piece but it’s not bad by any means and it’s a better design. I really don’t know why they would sell it as is when they obviously recognize there’s a weakness in it

meditative breathing tool
This is neat, but I’m new to this and need to practice how best to use it. Mostly because I let my niece and nephew try it out and they took to it *too* well and it was a lot of loud harmonica sounds going on in my house for a moment. So, I think with practice, I can better control the sound that emits from it. Until then, I do like how it makes me focus on my breathing.The design is really nice and kind of elegant. I actually had to read the instructions to learn that you need to remove the tube from the necklace holder in order to use it. It also comes with a pouch and a jewelry case for holding it. I’m storing it right now in the pouch near where I do my arts and crafts. I already find arts and crafts to be meditative for me, and I like the idea of incorporating an additional tool into that.
