Great value. Nice scientific calculator for middle schoolers
These battery (not included) powered calculators will be perfect for the classroom. They are pretty standard scientific calcs and the colors are nice. The only complaint I have is that the cover doesn’t come on and off smoothly; it’s a bit tricky so I anticipate students having a bit of a struggle to put the cover back on– which you know that that means- likely lost covers. Aside from that, they look great and will be a great addition to a classroom.

Basic and somewhat clunky calculators
These calculators will work for many basic functions but will not replace a “real” scientific calculator. They are made of sherbet-colored and brittle plastic; the covers do not fit well/tightly or slide easily and have gaps that will catch backpack or purse debris. The buttons are a little insensitive and the instructions are sketchy at best (included as a tiny folded bit of paper in the lid). Each needs 2 AAA batteries (not included). Definitely affordable at $21 for 6 but these are not college-level scientific calculators.
