Love the treadmill! I was looking for a simple treadmill without all the bells and whistles. It far exceeds my expectations. I am 73 years old and this is my first treadmill. Just what I wanted!
I ordered this and it arrived at my house only 3 days later. It took me about an hour and a half to put it together. It came with all of the tools required to assemble it and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.putting together is a pain but it is very good quality

Mobility exercises
I have a set of longer rubber resistance bands and these are made of a completely different material than I’m familiar with. It feels a bit slippery and quite thin. They do appear fairly strong, at least within reasonable stretching distances. Packs up quite small, and includes a plain textile bag for storage/travel. The first time I tried to use it I was wearing shorts and I noticed it starts to pull up hair and the top ashy layer of skin which then clings to the band. So definitely plan to use these with some kind of skin covering.

Nice set of resistance bands with carry case for travel
I have had 4 knee surgeries, 2 wrist surgeries and 3 frozen shoulders. Having spent a LOT of time in a physical therapy office, I have seen how many patients are given resistance band exercises by therapists. I was given a few to take home the last time so I could continue to do the exercises after I was discharged, but the bands they used were from a large roll that they just cut pieces off of and didn’t really last that long.I ordered these thinking that they looked a bit more heavy duty and they are just that. They are color coded just like the ones in the therapy office and have 5 different resistance levels ranging from Extra Light to Extra Heavy. My review will be focused on the 3 lower strengths since I could barely get two higher levels to budge (yes, they are that strong!).The bands are tight at first so, when pulling them over my sweatpants, they were a bit annoying as they kept rolling. Once I had them in place however, they stayed there and didn’t roll like I have read some others do. When doing exercises, you can definitely feel the pull from the bands and they feel solid, not like the thinner versions I got from the therapy office. They feel well made. As I have only had them for a short while, I can’t speak to their longevity, but they snap right back into shape after each use.The colors are vibrant (I know it’s not anything to do with their usage, but it may matter for some people) and I find it funny how the higher levels are red and then black as if saying “We ain’t no joke!”. The carry bag is a nice little addition too. While it feels a little cheap, and doesn’t always stay cinched closed it does the job of protecting the bands when you throw them in your gym bag.There is also a small booklet of different exercises you can do should you be new to resistance band exercising. There are a dozen exercises, but you can find plenty more doing an online search.I think these are a nice set of inexpensive bands that do the job well. They feel sturdy and don’t look like they are going to break anytime soon. The carry bag is a nice touch and will keep them from getting tangled up from just getting tossed in your gym bag.

Better than my last 3 sets
I’m a long distance runner and my training plan has me doing resistance band work 1-3 times a day. I have gone through 3 sets of resistance bands already. One set only lasted one workout being the thin rubber type. These are made of a silica ‘gel’ so they are smooth and don’t pull the hair off my arms and legs. Very much appreciated! They don’t smell bad like the rubber ones and it is easy to wipe pet hair off of them after use.They come with a cute little storage bag which has helped me keep track of them in my gym bag and backpack. There is a pamphlet with 12 different exercises spelled out which covers the basics of how to use.You can see in the picture that the length of these is 11.5″ long by 2″ wide which differs from the ad description but in a positive way. I don’t think if these were the reported length of 7.09 inches long by 1.57″ wide, they would be very easy to use.These didn’t roll up during use like my rubber versions tended to do.Overall, a needed upgrade to the resistance band experience. If you care about pre-hab, are training or are recovering from an injury, these are a solid set.
