Just received this product two days ago, and the first thing I noticed is that it calms down the puffiness in the morning. It calms the bags and I have big ones. It also diminishes the lines on my forehead enough to notice. I also use it on my lymph to open them up in the morning because of how cold the roller is, It does a great job. It really helps relax my nervous system. I did not think there would be that many benefits to a 10.00 roller, but here we are. I am a fan!

I really like this face roller and gua sha set overall. The roller itself is well-made and works effectively, but I personally found the roller head to be a little too large for my face. Because of that, I ended up using it more on my neck and chest, where it felt amazing. However, I did roll as much as I could on my face and when I couldn’t, I just rested the roller head where I wanted the cool effect on my face (like my eyes or nose).The roller glides smoothly most of the time, though it occasionally slides instead of rolling, but it’s still effective and soothing. I especially appreciate that, unlike using ice, it doesn’t stick to my skin, leak, or cause any risk of cold burn. It provides that cooling sensation without the mess or discomfort.Overall, I’d recommend this set—just be aware that the roller may feel oversized if you have a smaller face.

Quick to cool, but be careful with it
Love how quickly it cools, but durability isn’t great. I reattached the handle after cooking it, and it punctured the side, so gel is leaking out. Otherwise the roller is easy to use and quiet.

Very nicely packaged! In the past I have dealt with brands with poor packaging which would cause breakage but not with this brand! It came in perfect condition. Very good quality. The roller was easy to use, clean and assembled. Would definitely recommend!

While this product feels cool for a brief time,( even after removing from freezer), I did not notice any difference at all in regards to depuffing the under eye area which was my main purpose in purchasing it. There is a “cooling” sensation which might feel nice in the summer but in my experience is not effective.

Does the job. The roller cools well in the fridge. However i am cautious with the removal of the roller as it seems like it could force one side of the roller to snap. The handle is also a little strange, like holding a wide ice cream cone, don’t allow for much leverage. But it gets the job done! The additional guasha works perfectly.
