The correct cuff size is the circumference of your upper arm.
2. Using the cuff incorrectly
Please check the location of the brachial artery marker is above the artery and the air tube should run down the center of your arm. Do not wrap it too tight or too loose.
FAQ2: How do I measure upper arm circumference?
To determine the correct size, use a cloth tape to measure and place it at the midpoint between your elbow and shoulder around the circumference of upper arm.

Good quality automatic BP monitor.
Very nice and easy to use BP monitor. I like the large digital screen and the numbers are bright and clear and back lit. I like the fact it comes with 3 different sizes of cuff so it will accommodate most any size arm. Also, there is memory built-in for 3 different people’s readings1500 times before you have to clear the memory. I am a person that automatic BP machines in hospitals and doctor’s offices don’t like to work on, they just keep pumping up and up and up. They always have to take a manual BP for me. But this monitor seems to be more sensitive and works just fine for me.

Getting to the age where this sort of at home piece of mind can come in handy. Comes with three different sized cuffs which is a bonus. Cuffs once taken out of its packing make getting it back into the case a challenge. It’s like a tent in a bag comes out of the bag the first time you use it… getting it back in takes some care and extra effort. Same with getting the cuffs all back in the provided zipper case. That’s the only drawback. Would purchase again.

I love this blood pressure machine as I finally found one with the varied cuff sizes. My arms are very slim and all the std. cuffs were always too wide for me, giving me not really accurate reading. In addition, it has great memory capacity and you can also have more users using it on separate readings. But, first of all the reading accuracy is amazing. Few times I compared my reading from doctor and then from this machine. Amazing accuracy! The only thing, the size of numbers on the screen could be smaller, it is really huge! But I guess, for people with not that ‘good eyes’ it could be an advantage. But I have the machine for a long time now and kind of get used to it 🙂

Multiple cuffs are the game changer for this machine.
The cuffs for this are for a child, a standard size adult and then an xl for adult. I needed this for my mom who has tiny arms and it worked perfectly. The digital screen is big enough for her to read without her glasses and give sthe pulse rate too. No issues with this machine for the price. Portable and comes with a nice storage bag so she can take it when she travels. She likes that it runs on batteries because she isnt comfortable with the USB plugs.

Great machine except for stitching on velcro
I needed a new machine and purchased this one because it came with 3 cuffs. I use the pediatric cuff, but the velcro started becoming unstitched on day two. Now special care must be taken to have it already through the piece it wraps around so that it’s usable. Other than that, it seems to work fine. It’s easy to read and stores all readings.
