Great Customer Service
If you are looking for portability, skip this. I left it plugged in all night to charge, but it has to be plugged in to work. The heat function is minimal at best, but it does give a decent neck massage. It shipped fast and was inexpensive. Update after posting this review: I decided to keep this item even with the defects because the massage helped. The vendor reached out to me with a refund even though I did not request it. What great customer service! I would buy form them again.

It’s alright
It’s helpful that it’s portable. I have a c disc and d disc messed up in my spine so I have constant neck and shoulder pain. This helps me get through the day at work and then at night, it helps to loosen up those tight muscles. The heat makes it even better. I do wish it would massage deeper because it couldn’t knock out one rock I’ve always had in my back.

I love this thing. I use this a lot. It really helps so much and the cost is totally worth it for me. I have a bad back and this really makes it easier to massage my own back without straining my muscles. The heat is awesome and the different speed settings are good for whatever mood I am in to tackle tough knots. I can also use this on the bottoms of my feet or my legs not just my shoulders and back. I wish I had a whole chair that had these in them.This is quiet enough to fall asleep with and the design works well to reach all spots I need to massage. I’ve bought these as gifts before and you can never go wrong. People love these as do I.I have had it for a few years now and I have had no issues at all with anything breaking or malfunctioning. It just works every time I turn it on. It is compact enough to store discretely away for use later. I have issues with the muscles in my shoulders being INCREDIBLY tense, 24/7, due to complications of a connective tissue disorder. It’s usually bad enough to cause severe tension headaches. This has done a wonderful job of helping with that tension and providing some relief. Some people may not be fond of the fact it needs to be bugged in but I work *right* next to an outlet so it works out really well for me. Is it, you know, **perfect** in every way shape and form? No. There are probably fancier ones out there that cost a bunch more that will be better. But it is absolutely AMAZING for the price it’s at. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone who needs something like this at a reasonable price.

Neck massager
I like the flexibility of this massager, it’s is good for the neck and back but a little cumbersome if you are trying to use it on your back. I like the straps and they make it easy to hold in place on your neck, could not massage back without them! It also massages both ways which gives more flexibility in the process. I would buy again and recommend
