Great Product
I used to take the Twin Labs version til they went out of business. My local Vitamin shop recommended these as a close alternative to them. I love them and I feel great taking them. The pills are big and they are caplets but I chew them like a chew-able. Since I have no sense of taste or smell from a head injury and severed my olfactory nerve they don’t taste bad to me. From what i can sense from what little taste I do have it seems like egg whites and milk mostly. I chew about 3 of them 2 times a day. But I take that many because I am a dialysis patient and hemodiaysis removes amino acids from out blood so that’s why I take a higher dose especially on my treatment days.

Solution to swallowing these pills
Started taking these pills for several days before working out. Saw good results. Totally satisfied.The pills are big and at first had a little trouble swallowing them but learned that if I would leave the pill in my mouth for a minute with water or whatever I was drinking, it soften the pill which made it more smoother and easier to swallow.I have no more problem swallowing the large pill.

They’re also packed in a veggie cap which make them easy to swallow and provide mass absorption. I notice a difference in my skin and hair while taking these. My eyebrows are fuller, my hair and nails grow much quicker. My muscle tone is defined and lean. GREAT supplement for all!

No negative effects but also no noticeable change so no verdict
I was taking these consistently for a few weeks before I fell over the wagon and stopped taking them so can’t rave about any noticeable change in performance. I will say that I haven’t had any negative effects either which I consider a good thing and there hasn’t been a performance decrease. Its been status quo so maybe these are just helping me maintain where I’m at which I’m good with.These are decent size capsules but I haven’t had any issues swallowing them other than it takes more liquid for them to go down. No weird taste or after effect and best part is they are plant based which suits my lifestyle.
