The BOOSTER UPPER
Be careful Boost buyers you all just may become Boostaholics like me. I absolutely love and don’t like being without the stuff. I just wish it were a little less expensive. I have had every Booster- Upper (Very Vanilla the best) they make and they all are just delicious. Can’t expound on the stomach comfort part because something in it causes my stomach discomfort on occassion. Regardless, I don’t care it isn’t bad enough for me to have to stop loving it as much as I do. Muscular Dystrophy Supplement Approved
I bought this for my friend with muscular dystrophy to gain weight and then to keep it on. She has been using it for 20 years and this brand tastes the best to her and her body tolerates it much better than others. It fills her up but doesn’t cause discomfort or side effects. I’m grateful it helps her and the ingredients are clean.

I’ve been struggling with appetite loss for months and dropped 20 pounds below my already “skinny” weight. It’s gotten to the point where sitting down feels like sitting on rocks. BOOST Rich Chocolate has been a game-changer. My doctor recommended two bottles a day to help me gain weight, boost energy, and get essential nutrients—and I’m happy to say it’s working.The taste is excellent: smooth, rich, and not chalky at all. Boost is full of necessary nutrients and taste great!
My elderly mother can no longer eat solid foods as she will aspirate, Boost has been a lifesaver! She loves it and it provides the necessary nutrients she needed. Her favorite flavor is Chocolate.

Unsafe packaging
My 95 year old mother drinks at least two of these a day and has to the last five years. She loves it but she can no longer open the new cap design (2025.) I’m not sure why anyone thought adding a hard to break plastic seal to the cap was a good idea for a product consumed mainly by elderly and infirmed people. I found out that my mother used a steak knife to get the bottle open one night while I was asleep which was highly dangerous.Update- I reached out to Boost and they responded the next day apologizing for the issue and reassuring me that the bottles are indeed recyclable with the labels left on. Additionally they kindly sent me a bottle opener and some coupons.
