I was hoping this back massager would help relieve tension, but the kneading balls are very aggressive and end up causing more discomfort than relief. I can’t believe that now I have my own at home massage chair. This works at home, plugged into the wall or in the car plugged into the car. It’s so awesome that it came with a plug for the car as well. It’s amazing for long drives or short drives. Feels so good on my back. So cool that this actually has rollers that actually work. I have very bad lower back pain one day, and I sat with this for half an hour and it felt much better afterwards… The heat feature is amazing for the winter! Also great for relaxing muscles.
