I LOVE this item! As someone who has anxiety, this has helped me so much. When I’m starting to feel some panic coming on, taking a couple minutes to take deep breaths into this device has seriously been a game changer. I love that it includes a QR code to a video that shows you exactly how to use it for maximum efficiency. It’s also such a cute little accessory, I love that it’s both stylish and handy to have on me. The quality is amazing. Overall I’m super happy with my purchase and how it’s given me the opportunity to be more mindful during high stress times.

This works really well not just as a way to quit smoking or vaping, but it’s just a great overall wellness tool. It looks great as a necklace and I honestly just wearing it and feeling it on my chest helps me stay mindful in the moment. When I’m ready to use it as a breathing tool it relaxes me after one breath. Money well spent, I bought like 5 more for friends and family.

I thought I might be using it wrong – but after watching the video twice I figured it out. It’s a metal straw on a necklace. Didn’t reduce anxiety, didn’t help sleep, didn’t make me vape less. What a waste of money. Don’t be fooled like me.

Great quality for the price point
Wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered but this has become one of my favorite daily tools for relaxation. It’s lightweight, easy to wear, and perfect for discreet use at work. My son actually tried it and has since claimed mine – so I will be ordering another! Highly recommend for anyone looking to manage stress naturally – and for the price point I think its a steal.

Bought this item for my mom that needed help with the craving after quitting smoking. She was vaping and I just didn’t like that for her lungs either so I found this. The reviews aren’t great but I risked it because why not, she loves it. Recommends it to everyone. Says it’s so easy and she loves its flavorless and helps with calming her down. Highly recommend trying this product!

I got this for my son who said, “Mom, I’ll just take deep breaths IN and OUT; I don’t need this.” 🙁 I tried it for myself, it really didn’t help relieve my anxiety when I was in a crowded area.

Aids in breathwork
Deep breathing exercises can be very beneficial to mental health as well as physical health. This necklace is a wonderful aide in breathwork. It keeps you conscious of slowing your breaths and keeping them even.It’s basically a little metal tube that you use to inhale and exhale through. By breathing through the tube, you become more aware of your breaths and can control them better to maximize the benefits of deep breathing.The tube hangs on a very nice chain, enabling you to wear the device around your neck all day and use it whenever you need to. The chain is long enough to bring the device up to your mouth while wearing it. Everything is made with stainless steel and has a nice shine to it.

I’ve always wondered if things like breathing necklaces actually work, but I could never bring myself to spend a lot just to find out. I’m glad I did. For the first time, I could actually slow down, block out the noise in my head, and just focus on my breath. It’s such a simple thing, but it made a real difference for me.My kid wanted to play with it, so we turned it into a little breathing game. He was actually quiet and concentrating on his breathing for a solid 10 minutes—ten minutes! It totally made my night.After I got it, I got curious and checked out what else they make—and wow, they have a whole line of really pretty breathers that look like nice jewelry (some for kids too!). Now I’m hooked.
