I misread the listing… But it’s ok
So, for a start, I bought this with the wrong idea. I saw “post workout recovery” and thought it was a post workout drink. Boy was I wrong.Looking for a slightly less expensive alternative to “Growth Surge” I found this. Not what it is. I discovered this when I started drinking it after a work out and didn’t feel effects for a hot minute. That being said, I’m going to review this as what it’s made to be, because me misunderstanding something is not their fault.The flavor isn’t my favorite. I love their canned energy drinks, but I’d never had their powdered… Anything til now.They said you feel it, and oh my, that’s true. I feel pumped. Like, less soreness somehow, and like I could go lift again.I believe it mixed very well. I tend to shake drinks a lot, and I didn’t make an exception for this, but still. Not grainy.Remember, post workout doesn’t mean that’s when you drink it. As someone who’s been lifting and taking these supplements for a hot minute now, I should’ve paid more attention and been aware. But… This stuff is great. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get an actual post workout drink, but at least I’m impressed with the quality of what I did purchase.
