Stick with the powder version
This was my first time trying creatine. The supplement itself seems solid, but I wish I’d known a few things before ordering. The capsules are fairly large, and the recommended dose is seven pills per day. Combine that with the six capsules needed for their equivalent HMB product, and you’re suddenly looking at 13 pills a day.To make matters worse, if you leave them in your mouth too long, they start to taste pretty unpleasant. After a few tries, I experimented with opening the capsules and mixing the powder into my protein shake. That worked well enough, so I switched to buying the powdered versions of both HMB and creatine. The powder slightly mutes the chocolate flavor of my shake, but it’s far better than choking down a mountain of pills every day.

Too Many Capsules Per Serving
It’s solid creatine for a good price, but you gotta do the math. The price isn’t so great when you realize a full dose is 7 freakin capsules. That is an absurd number and makes the math much worse/not any better than the competition. It sucks but with all these creatine companies you gotta do a lot of math to see if you’re really getting the best deal. Most of the time this is still one of the better deals, but at least at the time of writing, there’s a lot of great deals and coupons going out right now that I’d look elsewhere first, especially if somewhere else will let you take less capsules
