In this case, I would encourage those of you seeking to really lose weight to go on a 1-week cleanse.What I mean by that is during that 1 week, there is to be NO meat that is consumed….”WHOA WHOA WHOA DUDE! I am not a veggie type of person!” No worries, just check out some of the plant-based meats out there. Although it may be outside of the realm of your knowledge and/or desires, the results are 100% promising. Google and Pinterest are good tools during your cleanse.I use a smart scale to help me keep track of my dieting and gradual short-term goal of hitting 235pds. Now, my long-term goal, that’s to be back at that 215 that I was at when I was 23! “Well…. By far the best men’s detox for the money hands down. I have been using this product for a decade now. The results are noticeable within 2-3 days of detox. Mental clarity, radiant skin, and weight lose. What more could you ask for?

Not as advertised, don’t waste your money!
The reason why I’m getting this one star (I would give it no stars if I could) but it does nothing that it advertises, except maybe for the powerful part. And by powerful I mean it really hurts your stomach like a powerful punch in the gut!I decided to wait until after I moved to take this and I was so happy that I did because I can’t imagine taking this while traveling/moving, which is one of the things that it advertises that it’s OK to do.While taking it I had at least 5-6 bowel movements a day, when I typically have no more than one or two. A couple of the trips to the bathroom were me sprinting while trying to hold it in followed by an explosive bowel movement. I drank the prescribed minimum 8-10 glasses of water, and even stopped taking one evening dose when I noticed my stool was getting almost similar to diarrhea. My stomach hurt constantly throughout the entire process and it still hurting two days after taking the last dose. Hopefully it eventually subsides.I guess only good thing about this is that I did lose about 3 to 4 pounds of weight but I don’t know if that’s because it’s just in the middle of summer and I’ve been sweating a lot as well as exercising a little bit more than normal or if that’s actually effects of this product. I’ve had headaches all throughout the day, I’ve just felt not like myself, and my stomach hurts so badly. So, not worth the trade-off and losing 3 to 4 pounds. Maybe if it was like something more drastic like 5 to 10 pounds, then it would be worth it. Glad that I got this on sale and didn’t pay any more than I did for it, I definitely wouldn’t pay $64 or whatever it is advertised at full price.I don’t leave reviews unless it’s something that’s either really bad or really good and in this case it’s really bad. So, I highly recommend you not to waste your money on this product. You’re better off just drinking more water and exercising more along with adjusting your diet/sleep-schedule, than to try to take some week-long “cleanser” that does nothing but disrupt your entire digestive system.

The Cleaner worked surprisingly well.There was no discomfort, cramping or “pending sense of doom.” I drank lots of water and everything went as advertised.Days 2 through 5 were the most effective. By Day 6, my routine went back to normal and there didn’t seem to be much left to clean up (I suppose.)I’ll definitely do another 7 days later on. I’m pleasantly surprised.

Bought by accident as a women . I just took one pill less then recommended dose . I’m on day two already lost a few inches around my stomach my pants are already more loose! Doesn’t make me feel weird cramping is minor and that’s only because u have to go .

Only 4 stars because of the amount of pills to take but overall great product
