Would have liked instructions for use of different pieces & putting them together
I really like the set. Came with instructions for different exercises on different body parts. No instructions on which pieces to use together nor how to adjust, which pieces to use for beginners or for more weight.

Okay for the most part. Not able to do really good squats for a short person. I am 5’3” so this is one exercise I don’t do with it.

There is no resistance
There is absolutely no resistance in the bands, im 5’1 and I adjusted the band as small as possible and still nothing…I shouldn’t say no resistance but for a 20lb resistance band you get about 2lbs of resistance even when adjusting it. Even tryed with my husband and it was nothing…maybe there is just to much stretch in the bands? I should have read the reviews 1st but I like the price on this one

Full body resistant workout kit, amazing!
I do a lot of traveling I was looking for a portable rubber band resistant workout kit. I’ve been really enjoying this kid. It has 10 pounds to 40 pounds listed on the resistant bands. It comes with a manual to show me different exercise exercises that I can do. It has two hand grip accessories, along with a rubber stopper that I can put behind my door while using the bands for different body exercises, class resistant bands, and all the hardware are really supportive and made really well I feel comfortable using this equipment. It’s a great value for the price. It’s very simple to use and I like the travel bag that is made for it.I totally recommend this product. It’s been helpful for my workouts on the road and in my house.
