GOOD!
Good quality for the price. The locking mechanism is pretty elite. Just an easy pull and lock feature with an adjustment latch on the side super easy to use. Plus you get an extra pair of rubber tips that are extremely slip resistant. The functionality of these poles is very good. Very sturdy it feels like. I look forward to using these on trail.

Sturdy and adjustable
Received my MIOCLYD Collapsible Hiking Poles last evening. Was able to use them today at a park near where I live. About me, 78yrs., 5’6” and 195lbs. and starting to get a little unsteady on my hikes, but still love the outdoors. Assembly was OK. A little hard to figure, but once done, for a multi-piece pole, it was very sturdy. Came with four interchangeable tips and adjustable wrist strap. Length was also adjustable. This was great for my short self. Took them out for a spin this morning. While hiking the trail, I found the poles to be very sturdy with no flex, and stayed locked in place when adjusted for my height. They preformed great when I had to lean on the right side after stepping on an acorn and losing my balance. Helped me stay upright and not twisting an ankle. They also, when folded, have a carry pouch. I will be using this to pack them in my suitcase when going to visit my son in two weeks. Well worth the cost and getting them on sale was a bonus. I have no problem recommending the MIOCLYD Collapsible Hiking Poles and giving them 5 stars.

Rubber tip will fall off
The rubber tip at the base of the pole is not secured. It fell off and was lost almost immediately.

I loved MIOCLYD hiking poles, it is very easy to carry, light weight, adjustable length according to the person height. Assembling of these poles are very easy and take no more than 15 seconds, and easily store at any small space. These poles give extra support and make our hiking trip very convenient. I highly recommend these for hiking lovers.

Great Features and Price
Several reviewers mentioned that these poles don’t come with instructions. Several buyers had to look back on Amazon to figure out how to lock the poles in the extended position. That also happened to me, so I am adding photos and a description in case anyone else experiences this problem. The poles consist of 4 segments that lock together. The first photo shows the top segment with the silver ring and segment 2 partially extended. Fully extend segment 2 until all 4 segments are together. Then grasp the top and second sections next to the silver ring and pull hard. A silver button will pop out locking the hiking pole in place. The button is shown in photos 2 and 3.After getting my hiking poles together I compared them to another pair that I bought on Amazon that are rated at 4.6 and cost twice as much. Both sets are the same weight at about 10 ounces. This is a good number that won’t feel heavy when you use them. The higher rated poles feel slightly sturdier in use. They break down into 3 sections and are 21 inches long when disassembled. The MIOCLYD poles are only 14 inches long when disassembled which is certainly an advantage when you have limited space. Both sets have 4 different tips which is nice if you use your poles in different conditions. I use mine on rock and hard ground, so I always use the round rubber tip. It’s easy to adjust the length of the MIOCLYD’s with one lock and the length is clearly marked in centimeters for consistent adjustments.They also include a carrying bag for each pole which is a plus for those that only use one pole.If you are an occasional user this is probably the set for you as they are good quality for the price. I will consider changing my rating to a 5 if they hold up long term.
