Great taste
Love this Creatine powder. It tastes great, mixes easily, and completely dissolves in water (no sandy/gritty texture like lots of other creatine powders). We’ve tried the raspberry and pineapple flavors, the raspberry is tart, but they’re both really good.

Good Mixer with Electrolytes – Your Choice!
Unflavored/tart works best for me since I mix it with Ascent Hydration/Electrolytes. The lemon/lime flavor was too much for me. I feel like I have retained my muscle much better than without using it. I can still feel the muscles under my “fat coat”.

It works. The small bottle is misleading. Ive had that much longer than I expected. I mix it with water it dissolves fast. It has a very tart taste, as to be expected. I find it easy to consume. Last but not least I don’t have any stomach issues using this.

Favorite creatine!
So far I’ve had lemon lime and currently on the raspberry. Absolutely love the flavors. It has a sour taste which some people may not like but I find it very good. I don’t taste any bitterness or chalky texture. It also dissolves instantly. It helps me improve my weight lifting and gives me that boost. It does take time to work so don’t expect to see immediate results which is what a lot of people think they can expect with this stuff. 1-2 weeks in is when I started feeling a difference lifting weights but it gets better the longer you take it. You need to take it every day to build it up in your body. I’ve read through a lot of reviews saying the container was half empty which means they have no idea how servings are. It says 64 or 100 servings depending on which serving size you buy and that’s what you get. Doesn’t matter if the container is half empty (that’s how almost everything is packaged with extra room). Those servings are in there which is all that matters and I know it looks like not much is in there but whether you choose 64 or 100 servings, that’s what will be in there. Make sure to level your scoop so you get the accurate amount. If you just scoop a heap out each time then obviously it’s going to not come out as many servings as it says. So you do get your moneys worth. I will never use another brand. I do not bloat (everything bloats me but this doesn’t) and it’s very easy on the stomach.

البودره قليله جدا في العلبه التى هي اصغر من المتوقع وهذا حسب ما استلمته اشتريت 2 علبه طبعا غير قابله للاسترداد او الاستبدال للاسف ..وعن الاستخدام هذه المره الأولى للتجربة..التقيم عن كميه البودره في العلبه ربع او اقل من الربع سوف اوزن العلبه لاقيم بالضبط لو أمكن
