Warms food well with no mess
I’ve been using this for workdays when I don’t have time to hunt down a microwave, and it’s been surprisingly practical. The main container holds a good amount and feels solid, and as long as it’s sitting flat the lid doesn’t leak. I usually plug it in about 30 minutes before lunch and the food comes out warm and ready without getting dried out. The carry bag is handy for keeping everything together and fits well in the car. I don’t heat anything in the smaller plastic container since it seems a little soft, but it’s fine for storing salad or fruit. Cleanup is easy too since the tray pops right out and rinses clean without much effort.

Almost perfect except for two small, stupid things
Well made, does the job right. Two design flaws that keep this from being excellent. 1. Plastic vent design is simply stupid – to actually open it up you have to pry it open with something or open up the cover and push it from below. 2. Buttons are prone to activate while inside the protective pouch, either cancelling or changing heating cycle. Other than that it works great, heats food evenly, plenty of battery life, well made.

The stainless steel container is solid and easy to clean, and I like that it comes with both car (12V/24V) and wall (110V) plugs. It even includes utensils and an insulated carrying bag. The 1.5L capacity is just right for a full meal, and the little salad container is a nice bonus—though don’t try to heat that part. Great for commuting or truck drivers too. This needs to be fixed, what I received is not what is in photos, same color but definitely not same machines, would like to get what I paid for but they’re christmas gifts and wont get fixed in time, sad Chinese products flooding the market, atleast send what you advertise.Saposed to be cordless too and the cord is just removable, still needs it to work. Stupid garbage

Good box overall, but the buttons are too sensitive and can be pressed accidentally. I carry it in my backpack, and once it turned off on its own, so I had to eat cold food. Another time it turned on by itself when it was empty.Aside from that, it’s a good box.
