It genuinely feels like someone is massaging your neck and shoulders. After a session, I usually feel so relaxed that I get sleepy.Each session lasts 10 minutes, but you can easily do a second round if you want. The massager sits perfectly on the neck, and with slight adjustments, it can target different areas. While it works best on the neck, you can experiment with other parts of the body too. The experience is comparable to sitting in an expansive massage chair! It does what it should do but holding it on your neck is awkward. Idk how that could be fixed or if it could be fixed. Just feels awkward with it on… maybe I’m not putting it in right? But it’s a pretty decent massager. Various modes and speeds. Seems like it’ll hold up with time.

Smooth motions and hits the right spots that i need. Pretty intuitive and easy to use only has a few buttons for all the settings you need. Battery lasts for a long time. I use it while working from home sitting on a computer chair or while watching my shows. Works really well and relieves the pain. Hot and cold options a huge plus!

Great for deeper neck back maasage
This works similar to other’s I’ve had in this style. It had more room around the neck for me with soft comfortable material and the other material for the straps was smooth and looks easy to wipe down and clean. The buttons are on the left side with the usual power heat mode etc. The neck area kind of squeezes into your neck with the bottom ones somewhat digging into you to get the more deep tissue massage, and it has these loops at the bottom to tie it around your back so you can walk around with it, but i never do that as it kind of falls and goes everywhere when I try to pick stuff up from the kitchen floor and such. I like the massage and think if you like a deeper pinpoint area massage, this is great.
