Good quality. After having children, my metabolism changes completely, and I felt stuck, unable to lose weight. Effort gifts reward!
So I’ll start off by saying: don’t expect weight to just fall off by taking these with a pizza or something. Obviously, results obviously vary for everyone and what happens more depends on your body type and over all metabolism without the pills, but for me and what I do it suits fine- from August 3rd 2025 I started at 150 kg and dropped to 123 kg by October 13th 2025 but I didn’t JUST take the pills, I do creatine in the morning first thing with a bottle water before heading off to a up hill hour walk in a speed walk or a brisk walk, then return home and have either one boiled egg or a veggie heavy meal I’d cover for my breakfast and lunch together THEN take one pill with a meal right after eating I’d either do core or go out for another more relaxed walk then get done what I needed through the day by the time it was evening I’d either walk again or find some method to get my heart rate up.Over all the goal is to use the pills natural herbs to help aid what you should be doing, and what your body type needs what workouts make you feel like you’re pushing yourself a bit past your comfort zone. And while yes stomach gripes are likely with this after prolonged taking of it, space out your use to one pill every two days the pills vinegar extract and other ingredients causes a “indigestion” or heart burn feeling often times paired with little activity because of your enegry from the supplements not being used effectively which your body starts to treat like “normal caffeine” like a coffee in the morning rather than it taking the supplement and reacting with “oh this is burn time we need to use our fat storage”Make sure to associate the supplement with activity the same way we associate things to other things… like knowing when we smell food cooking we start to get hungry our body wants to eat.Either way that’s my take on it as a honest review, rewards are not just given out they are earned best thing to do is go into this with a mindset of “I know what my body needs” and use the supplement as a spare tire on your bike on your journey up that mountain, don’t make it the car to drive you up because you are not gonna lose or gain weight if you fully rely on what’s in these.
