Perfect. Very durable. Been using for two months now and no complaints thus far. At $10 (price at time of review), this deal really can’t be beat. Would recommend for home and the mini brush for kid’s if they have PE class at school.

Very useful for various purposes
As a mom with two daughters, this set was a nice mix of things I need and use often. The mini brush is perfect to stick in my travel toiletries bag while firm enough to use as my one hairbrush, though one bristle was missing from this brush, leaving a noticeable hole. The large brush has mixed bristles that really comb through the hair without pulling too much. The end of the large brush is pointed to help with parts. The two combs ate great for varied uses and help with parts as well. The mirror is a typical foldable mirror, and both sides are just basic mirror (no magnification). Overall, it’s a great and useful set.

Useful hair care set for home and on the go, great for tangles
This 5 piece set will come in handy at home and on the go. The main brush features a Boar bristled paddle brush that was easy to brush through my type 2C naturally curly hair. I made sure to follow instructions and not use it on wet hair as that can wear the Boar bristles. This type of brush has been made popular on social media because of the way the edges are grooved to help define the curls. I used it to brush my hair out after it had been up in a ponytail overnight and it did a great job brushing out the tangles with minimal effort. It also did not pull many strands of hair out. Since I would not use it on wet hair, I am not sure how well the curl defining part of the paddle brush will work with my type of curl, but it is nice to have a brush to leave in the extra bathroom. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the end of the handle comes to a point, which I found very helpful in parting my hair to make two ponytail braids.The travel sized brush is an added bonus to throw in a bag for touch ups throughout the day. The combs will be good when needing to make a part or to tease the hair. The mirror is compact and just a regular mirror.I ordered these in pink and found that the colors are all sorts of different variations of pink, almost as if it was not a complete set, but just thrown together. I do not care because it makes no difference as to the quality of the items, but it does make it seem non uniform.

Nice and firm for curly hair
I got this set for my curly headed four and two year old girls since I broke their last one dragging it through their tangles. This set is really nice and they like the pink (last set was black mainstays). The teeth of the combs go through their hair pretty easily without a lot of catching and the brush bristles are firm and strong.

OK GET THIS… Just stop reading this review and get it. I could not believe this set was so nice for what they charged. Are you kidding me? I just gasped when I unpacked it. I was expecting to just have a kinda “okay” little brush set that will tide me over for a little while because my old brush busted… and when I saw this was on offer I figured well… what do you want for this price, but I really do need a brush. No! This is so nice! Each item in the set is really nice. Even the mirror is a very nice mirror. The brushes are of good quality and should last a fair while. Even the plastic the set is made from is pretty solid. This set has exceeded my expectations in this price range.

Although not perfectly color matched, this five piece hair styling set can accommodate the tween, teen or adult. This set works surprisingly well overall, especially for the price. The curl defining brush really stood out to me — it made it easier to shape my curls and actually cut down the time I usually spend on my hair. The larger brush has firm bristles that feel good on the scalp, though I did notice the fingers are a little short, which may limit how deep it reaches through thicker hair. Unfortunately, the smaller detangling brush arrived a bit crushed and I could not get the parts to stay in place well enough to use it properly. The colors across the set don’t match perfectly, but that’s a minor detail. The set still feels complete and useful. It is a good pick if you want a variety of brushes and tools in one bundle, even if a couple of the pieces are better than others.
