This works and tastes good
As an athlete I am always looking for an inexpensive hydration supplement and I ordered this because it is a great name brand, I was not disappointed. It tasted good and keeps you hydrated (I mixed 1 packet with 32 oz of water). Will definetly buy again!

Absolutely love the flavor of these! This works fast, dissolve easily, and very beneficial health wise making them super effective which is why I purchased it for my girls on my bachelorette party!

Super sweet but convenient
Bought these for hangover kit bags. We all liked it but thought it was too sweet. The key was to split 1 into two water bottles or 32oz of water. Or just stomach it as per instructions if you are struggling to drink anything. I really like that it has more potassium than similar hydration packets.

Does the job but flavor could be improved
I have been buying hydration packets for a little over a year after having a medical episode. I found these and figured why not? I get the benefits of hydration plus the immune system boost! They do serve the same purpose as other brands I have purchased. The only complaint I have is the taste. Which is honestly on me because I know what Emergen-C tastes like. But for the price point they are just as effective as the other brands. I spent a little less than I normally do and it’s super easy to grab a packet to keep in my purse. Overall I would say they are worth it for the price, just don’t expect Liquid IV flavor.

Just as sweet as all the others.
All the other ones Ive tried are too sweet. When I saw this had only 7 grams of sugar I ordered it. When I tasted it, I found it was juat as sweet as all the others. In checking rhe label more closely, I saw that it also has stevia. Why does everything have to be so sweet?! Too sweet for me. My bad. Ill keep it and dilute it.
