Great pre or post workout!
This pre or post workout is great, I have recently started working out and is helping me with pain relief after a workout, dissolves very fast and my energy level is great without the jitters of a energy drink. It smells and tastes great and the effectiveness is very noticeable and helps with hydration as well.

Better than Red Bull for me—amazing energy boost, but wish for cleaner ingredients
My Experience:I’ve been using this product for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. As a constantly tired mom (you know the feeling of waking up already exhausted!), I used to rely heavily on Red Bulls just to function. Once I found BCAA Energy, I completely switched—and honestly, this gives me a better energy boost than any energy drink ever did.How I Use It:I drink this either during workouts (I’m a bit of a gym freak) or just throughout the day when I need a pick-me-up. It works so well that for the longest time, I thought one scoop was a full serving—and I still felt great every time. I just recently realized that two scoops are actually one serving! But since one scoop has been working for me, I’ll probably stick with that and maybe go for two if I’m feeling super drained.Flavors & Taste:The flavors are all 5 stars for me. I’ve tried Pink Lemonade, Blue Raz, Green Apple, and Grape—loved them all! Blue Raz might be my favorite, but honestly, they’re all delicious. Just a heads-up: the flavors are very strong and sweet, so I usually mix mine in a large 40 oz Stanley cup or add extra water. That takes care of the sweetness and makes it really refreshing.Ingredients (Why 4 Stars):The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the ingredients. While it’s definitely a healthier alternative to energy drinks, it still contains Red 40, Acesulfame Potassium, and Sucralose. I try to avoid artificial ingredients as much as possible and pay close attention to what I put in my body, so I really wish they’d offer a cleaner version. I have an autoimmune disease that causes extreme weakness and fatigue. This stuff provides a clean energy boost with no jitters or crash. I take 2 scoops on the morning with 12-16 ounces of water and depending on the day 1 scoop in the afternoon with 4-6 ounces of water. I’ve tried all flavors and blue raz is the best and the only one I buy now. Amazon has a better price than Walmart unless Walmart is having a sell but Amazon put them on at a discount frequently and that’s when I buy a few at a time.
