I have been using nitrlean for awhile now and I really like it .. for me it helps me fall asleep naturally and stay asleep and wake up not feeling groggy . I actually use 2 other products of this maker (1) Fkex mode for muscles and joints which I can’t live with out and love .. and had gotten rid of tingling in my hands from day one of taking it . The other one is a metabolism boost . .. I don’t really take any more . As I am now taking GLP-1 shots

Good Product So Far
This product seems to work as advertised. Taking it a half hour before scheduled sleep time is working well for initiating a good rest time. Also, the fat-burning feature seems to work too, but that will take sometime to see how well it works as a nighttime fat-burner.

Started my weightloss journey on May 17th. Started taking NiteLean on May 23rd.36 days from May 17th I lost 20 pounds.I have been doing a lot of cardio, some weight lifting and using a treadmill calorie calculator. It will give you a more accurate calorie burn than the actual treadmill. Heavier people burn more calories. On average I’ve been working out about every other day with the exception of about 6 days when I had a cold. Find what workouts you enjoy and try to plug them into a calculator so you know exactly how much youre burning. As much as I love lifting weights, it’s not as exact when calculating calories burned so I just do some if I have time.I’ve always been a chronic night eater and these have definitely helped with after bed cravings. I have been calorie counting and have been able to have a few cheat days. Portion control is key. I also use meal replacement shakes when I’ve splurged on a previous meal.I must say that you SHOULD follow the instructions and take one pill, however, I have been taking 2. I know my body and I’m just one of those people that has a super high tolerance to things.I haven’t had any negative side effects at all.One side note that has helped me mentally is using my most powerful emotions to fuel me. If you’re doing it for your kids, have something small that reminds you of them close by when you work out. I swear it helps you push harder. If you’re mad because your insurance company won’t cover ozempic for you but your doc tells you you’re morbidly obese and even though you’ve had severe mental health problems and physical effects and you can’t even pay your mortgage which means you SO cannot dish out 1200 for ozempic and you’re going to have to lose weight the hard way and you’re livid, use that anger to push yourself. If you want to make someone jealous because they’ve hurt you, USE IT. Scream in your head, “F#@& (insert name here)!” when ever you want to quit. Remember everyone who ever called you fat, anyone who ever rejected you, your ex-husband who told you he wasn’t attracted to you anymore because of your weight, every step you take will be on their face and words… figuratively.Best of luck to you.

Save your money!
This product absolutely does not work. Let’s start with the melatonin in the product. It didn’t help me sleep at all!! Not one night. Prior to starting this supplement I was taking Mary Ruth’s sleep melatonin which you can take up to two 5mg gummies, I only needed to take one, and I’d fall right asleep on nights I needed it. The 5 mg of melatonin in this product never once put me to sleep and I was taking it daily for the weight loss benefits. I question the quality of melatonin or if there’s any in it. The weigh loss part didn’t work at all and I was watching what I ait and counting calories. I saw no change in weight and was never able to sleep while taking it. If I could give this a zero I would because it doesn’t even deserve one star. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ingredients listed weren’t in the product and it’s nothing more than a placebo.

Sleepy, sleepy
I have taken this for 2 nights. Cannot speak to the weight loss properties yet (obviously), but I do know something is off about it. I have taken other nighttime fat burners, of similar chemical composition, and never dealt with the next day “drunk” or dragging feeling. This stuff, however, has had me dragging for the second day in a row. I sleep great, but cannot get woke up during the day – dozing off at my desk at work, driving, etc. Nothing else has changed (diet, medication, schedule, etc.) except running out of my previous nighttime fat burner and changing to this one.I am going to try to push through for a few more days and see if things improve, but this will likely be my first and last bottle of this.
