The Ewedoos Yoga mat is so good! I do HIIT, Yoga, and Tai Chi on it. Let me tell you, this Yoga mat does not slip on my hard floors at all. I can’t say anything for carpet since I don’t have it, but the grip on this mat is perfect! It’s very comfy, too. For instance, if I can only do one Up and Down Plank on my hard floors because it hurts too much. I can keep going and going on this mat, no issues, no pain.I actually hurt my wrist doing exercises on my floor, to the point I couldn’t lift anything. This mat? No pain. I’m average height and this mat is perfect for me, with extra room for someone taller, and it’s wide enough to do shoulder width exercises. Wide angle you have to finagle. My dog loves it, too, lol, she walks all over it while I’m using it.Which brings me to durability. It gets me through grueling exercises and dog claws and there’s no marks yet. Clean up is easy, too. I just wipe it down with a little diluted soap and water after I use it and when I get out of the shower it’s dry and I can roll it up and store it.Highly recommend and I’ll be buying again if/when this one breaks.

Dries quickly
I’ve been using this mat for hot yoga, and it’s been mostly great! The mat dries quickly, which is a big plus, especially after a sweaty session. However, without a towel and with a lot of excess sweat, it can get a bit slippery. For regular yoga, it has a nice grip, but in super sweaty situations, an additional towel might be helpful for added stability. Overall, it’s a good, eco-friendly mat with a comfortable thickness that supports joints well. It’s well-suited for yoga, Pilates, and other floor-based exercises, though it may not endure rougher conditions as long as some high-end alternatives.

Comfortable and durable
It’s low-profile, comfortable, and durable after two weeks of moderate usage. Good grip. I don’t wear shoes on the mat and clean it with a damp cloth. I wish I’d gotten the pink colorway as the black shows scuffs very clearly, and I prefer that side facing up, but at least I know when/where to clean it 🙂 I got this after my last, thicker mat started stretching, making it hard to do planking or pushing exercises. I could also feel the floor even though it was thicker. This mat by comparison is very comfortable and doesn’t stretch or slip at all on my hardwood floors. Very happy with the quality and price!

Good quality yoga mat
This Ewedoos yoga mat just arrived yesterday. I am happy to see that its a quality product, not the flimsy kind that I have seen at some stores. I needed a new mat because the old one must have picked up dust and I had some serious allergy problems with that mat. I don’t have any problem with this one. The yoga mat is a medium thickness and it lies nice and flat . I particularly like the extra long length that is so helpful in class. It comes with a tie long enough to carry over my shoulder. I recommend this yoga mat.

so COMFORTABLE
I LOVE this mat! The texture on the top is super grippy making sure your feet don’t slip and slide. The mat is thick enough to cushion the floor but not so thick that you wobble when doing balance poses. I got the aqua and gray mat and the color is very nice. It also did not have any odor so it was ready to use right out of the box. The strap is not so good, a shoe lace really. It works fine, but I was not as impressed with this compared to other straps I have seen. I am very pleased with this purchase .

Okay, but not sticky
This mat is okay. The thickness is nice, but the blue color picks up all kinds of discoloration from use that cleans off easily. My main gripe is that it’s slippery on the palms. I am not particularly sweaty, and even with dry hands, you slip in downward dog. It doesn’t smell bad, which is a bonus, but because it’s slippery, I will keep trying new mats.

I bought this to replace a mat I’ve had for over 20 years. It’s a beautiful mat. Very good quality at a great price. So lightweight compared to my other one. It’s a pleasure to use and has good vibes! Perfect! Speedily delivered, well packaged and the company emailed to make sure i was happy with it. Hoping it will last me a long time! Very pleased with it! No slipping on it and very comfortable. Comes with instructions on how to clean it and a nice little thank you card.
