No kidding the best waist trainer I’ve ever owned you can feel the quality and comfort in the material. The back support feels amazing and it doesn’t bunch up while I’m working out .. Tucks everything so well but is super comfortable.. I am 5’8 1/2 140 and ordered a size medium fits perfectly

This is best trainer I have ever used. The first layers is a comfortable stomach binder. The top layer is thick, sturdy and squeezes you just right!!! No rolling my posture feels so much better I love love love this will be getting another once I size down

Wonderful waist trainer!
When I pulled this out of the packing I was about to send it back. Was not impressed at all. Then I put it on….. HOLY SQUEEZE BATMAN. I like the adjustable velcro. I am 5’10 and feel this fits me well. I bought a medium. I like also I can wear it higher or lower. When I wore it to workout it stayed in one place and didnt shift around. The only con I can hear the velcro somtimes and dont love that.

Excellent for POTS compression
Very high quality waist trainer! I got this because I have POTS and hEDS and I need something that gives me strong, even abdominal compression and supports my posture. It works really well, does not cut off my breathing and it makes my waist look super snatched.

Best Waist Trainer for “Big Girls Ever!”
Before I get started, I have to say this is probably one of the best waist trainers I’ve ever had! Although it did flip up a bit by the end of my workout, it endured a full 60-minute session, and that says a lot. I even included the final exercise in my video so you could see it in action.Upon putting it on, I immediately noticed how strong and durable it is. I’m a little over 300 pounds, and it held up beautifully. My true size would’ve been a 4X, but I wanted something that would train my waist, not just fit comfortably, so I went with a 3X. It was definitely a challenge to get on, but once it was in place, it gave me great compression.Now, the only thing I wish is that it were a bit longer. I would’ve loved for it to cover more of the upper back area and that “muffin top.” You kind of have to choose, either pull it up to cover the top or pull it down to shape the lower area. Because of my “tabletop butt” (😂), I knew it would be a challenge, but that’s not a complaint, just body reality!The hard wiring helps it stay in place, but after a lot of movement, especially arm work, it does shift a little. Even then, it stays tight around the abdomen the entire time, which is exactly what you want from a waist trainer.Overall, I have to say: this is the best one I’ve found, even over 50 years old and after trying many others. It’s sturdy, tight, and truly does its job. FeelinGirl, you did an amazing job with this design I just hope you consider making a longer version for those of us with a little more to love!Thumbs up all the way! 👏🏽💪🏽

Better than a Back Brace
I really love this waist trainer, it also functions as an awesome, less bulky back brace. Although, I wouldn’t wear it over 2-3 hours at a time, bc your organs will become a little smushed. All in all it is well made and very much worth the money. I work outside in it and can’t even tell I am sweating, it’s great. Does not make you overly hot. It is very comfortable as long as you position the sides appropriately.

Dang talk about HOLDDDDD thr velcro is stronger than an ox! Definitely get your shirt size. I wear 2xl got 1xl and it works but can wear as long. Will be buying another . Its so worth it. Doesn’t roll. Holds u in. Insane hold and shape. Helps posture and postpartum recovery.

Very well made and comfortable. Love the length. Im 5’8 and it fits my torso well.However, sizing is way off. By measure Im an XXL. Ordered the XL and I wpuld have to make it as tight as possible, so no room for it to stretch. Go 2 sizes down

This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought. It is easy to wear with the 3 straps and shapes your body really well. I think that is great quality for the price and it is breathable like it doesn’t restrict your breathing. The only thing I would say is size down I am usually a size medium but I bought a size small and it fits exactly how I would like.

It doesn’t slide or pop out of position (high quality velcro), very snug yet breathable (strong material), and it gives a nice & seamless curvy silhouette with a posture correcting bonus. I’ve been using it in my sports and fitness trainings, as well as casual wear, and I’m so happy with this product!
