Nice long stride, good app included, great customer service
Very nice elliptical. I had another elliptical that I was using for over 3 years before it started making a noise I couldn’t fix. I tried this one and really like it because has a longer stride whereas other ellipticals’ stride were too short and kind of hurt my knees and legs if I go too long. I like the magnetic resistance that allows me to go forward and backward (my last one only offered resistance when going forward).The programs that you get with the included Kinomap app make working out interesting. It’s very quiet. I also like the big stand to hold my phone or tablet while I work out. No cup holder but I bought one for less than $10 from Amazon so it was not a big deal.Best part is the super responsive customer service. My elliptical was missing some bolts. I emailed the customer service and they responded right away, and gave me the option of sending me replacement bolts or crediting me a generous amount to go get my own. The customer service rep must have emailed me 5 times to make sure I was satisfied, which I am…thus the 5-star review.

Don’t Buy
It’s a decent machine however the display is not working, and I have reached out to the company two times in a week and a half and have not received a response. I keep getting the E01 error like another customer mentioned and though he was able to get a response from customer service, I have not. It’s hard to use the machine when it sporadically stops working in the middle of a workout. I took a chance on a no name company. and though the machine seems of decent quality, they are not good about responding. My next step is to try to reach out to Amazon itself and see I can get any help in getting what I need. I will say that if you are in need of a water bottle holder, this machine does not have one. I looked at so many that I forgot that this one didn’t have one when I bought it. Also beware of the price changes. I wish I got it for the black Friday deal price another customer mentioned as it is worth that price more than what I paid for it. Update: Though Amazon sent me a new machine and I had to disassemble the first one I received and send back just because of the one part that could have been replaced now a crucial piece of the machine broke and cannot get a hold of anyone regarding a replacement part. The machine is not even a year old and it broke after minimal use. Don’t be fooled by their claim to have great customer services, they have none at all! Please learn from my mistake and save yourself from the aggravation and wasted money and buy something else.

I bought this machine in Nov, 2023 and the wheel cover is broken. It makes a chirping noise on the left side. Still waiting on manufacture to get it repaired and Amazon keeps transferring my calls to another rep. So far, not impressed.

BEWARE! NEVER BUY!!!!!!!!! DOESN’T FIX PROBLESM! WILL HAPPEN CONTINUOUSLY!
I purchached this item for the first time just over a year ago and it was missing some tools for assembly. FEIERDUN, the company itself, does not have a specific customer service, repair technician or and customer service at all. The customer service is the basic amazon customer service policy. Amazon gave me an email and the company was contaced with NO response at all. Amazon then followed up with a replacement elliptical in which was easily put together via online video instruction. Well, in less than a year with very minimal use (1x or so a week max) the foot pad essentially completely slid off of the bar it continuously is supposed to slide around. There is NO assistance whatsoever from the company and or Amazon. In this day in age of choices and competition, I would say this is one of the worst companies ever. NEVER BUY!! THIS BROKE UNUSABLE PRODUCT WAS NEVER EVEN EVER ALLOWED HERE BY ME EVER ONCE AND THEY ARE TRYING TO PLACE THEIR BLAME WITH ME FOR WHAT IS ALWAYS WRONG, THEIR OWN PROBLEM. Is a real LOOOOOOOSER company, is no joke!!

Great experience purchasing, arrived quickly and well packaged. Will update review once my wife has opened her elliptical on Christmas Day:)Update 12/26/23: Set it up and it works great! Both me and my wife love it so far. Good quality for what we paid (I got it as a black Friday deal).Setup out of the box took about thirty minutes and I did it without any help. All the parts came with it and everything works as it should. I like how the screen and controls work and I really like the spot where you can put your phone or tablet to watch YouTube or movies while using the machine! It hadls six rubber feet on the bottom that can be screwed in and out to get the machine perfectly level and flush on your floor (great for our older wood floors which are slightly uneven). The holder that holds the phone or tablet has a rubberish textured pad that helps grip your device. I haven’t been worried about anything falling off it while working out and overall I’m very impressed with the minimalist design and smooth/quiet operation.I’ll continue to update as time goes by.

Very disappointing
Two stars is a generous rating. I bought this item last October because it is rated for 400 pounds; I weigh 260. Apparently not all of it is truly rated for 400 lbs—or even 260. After seven months of 4-5 day a week/20-30 minute sessions, the plastic glide rail guard on the left side broke meaning that the glide would not stay on the rail. The machine became worthless except as a clothes rack. I understand that it was easily returnable only within a thirty day window, and only if you could somehow get it back into the original packaging, so i attempted to contact the support email in the manual. I was fully prepared to buy a new guard and install it myself. No one even responded to the email. Now that’s customer service! What a disappointment and the last time I’ll buy exercise equipment from Amazon.
