Therapist recommended.
These were reccomended by my physical therapist.Great for Wrist Tendonitis and Grip Strength.I picked up the FitBeast Flex Therapy Bar to help with some stubborn wrist tendonitis, and it’s been a game-changer. The twisting exercises really zero in on the right muscles and tendons, and after a couple of weeks of use, the pain and stiffness has noticeably improved. The bar itself is solid and easy to hold—no slipping or awkward angles. It’s also been great for building grip strength, which has helped in everyday tasks and my workouts. The four sizes or weights make the set versatile because you can choose the right one for different exercises or therapies. If you’re dealing with wrist pain or recovering from overuse injuries, this is a simple but super effective tool to have on hand. Highly recommend it for anyone doing physical therapy or just wanting stronger, healthier wrists!

These definitely work, and can help support your recovery!
What you get are 4 bars and a small little booklet that shows you step by step instructions to determine if you might have tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow. The booklet teaches you different exercises to strengthen the affected areas. This is really nice if you are concerned about having these conditions, and need to work on physical therapy exercises to prevent future injury. The exercises are done with the therapy bars, and include an easy to follow booklet with photos and directions. Each bar has different resistances. The accompanying booklet shows a yellow 6 lb, green 10 lb, blue 15 lb., and red 25 lb resistance bars. However the ones that I received were different colors. (Blue was 6 lb., purple was 10 lb., green 15 lb., and orange was 25 lb, in my set.) Each resistance bar has ridges that help you grip them while you do the exercises. There are visual guides (lines) that kind of give you the idea where to place your hands too, which is helpful. I have been using these, to build forearm strength, and they are not only easy to use, but they really work to help build muscle! As an FYI, the box does contain a warning for residents of California, Proposition 65 information as well. (You can look up what to better understand what California’s law means. I actually had to look this up myself, so you learn something new every day!)These could be helpful for anyone who needs physical therapy for these conditions, without the expense. They really work, and can definitely help support your recovery!

Wish the QR codes worked
These feel nice with a great grippy texture to them. They can be used in many different ways to meet your needs. I tend to think outside the box and plan to also use these as myofascial rollers. It comes with a user guide with information about using these for tennis or golfer’s elbow which is helpful. I was excited to see a QR code right on the bag that holds these and thought how smart it was until I realized I couldn’t get it to work at all. So then I tried the QR code on the user guide and that took me to a link that asked if I wanted it translated from Chinese. When I did that it said “this activity is over, Thank you for participating. It was a linke to morsecode flyranking?

Great for tennis elbow injuries
These flex therapy bars by FitBeast are great and very helpful in my recovery from pickleball elbow. They’re well designed to build up strength on your forearm muscles that are difficult to engage in many workouts. But my favorite feature is the stretch they offer since this offers me the most amount of relief. I lift quite a bit so I thought I would only use the heaviest bar but I had to start with the lowest one due to my current injury. The silicone material feels great and has great grip. The included instructions were somewhat confusing at first but once I looked up physical therapy videos online, I was able to figure it out and now I use it every day.

Great Resistance Bars for Arm Strength
This set of four progressive resistance bars are great quality; they are thick, sturdy, and you can grip them well. They come with a storage bag with a pull cord, a small user guide, and a QR code printed on the storage bag and in the user guide for online video tutorials. The user guide is easy to understand, and the pictures are clear; however, I need to see the whole movement for me to understand how to do a move correctly. Unfortunately, I was not successful in accessing the video tutorials via the QR codes, but I was able to search for FitBeast videos online.I can definitely see the value of using these therapy bars to build arm strength, from your hands to your elbows. They give resistance both rotationally and with bending, touching on the various muscles in this area. The four different weighted bars allow me to work these muscles in a progressive manner, and it only takes a few minutes a day.Even though I do not have tennis elbow or golf elbow pain, the user guide shows you how to therapeutically do some movements to address those issues. You can also use them to strengthen the overall lower arm area to help with everyday activities and to help prevent problems. Overall, I am very happy with these FitBeast therapy bars.

Twist It Like Beckham—But for Your Elbows
The FitBeast Flex Therapy Bar is my new go-to weapon in the battle against stubborn elbow pain. Whether it’s tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or “I-slept-wrong-and-now-I-regret-everything” elbow, this little bar delivers serious relief. It’s like a fidget toy for grown-ups with tendinitis—except instead of wasting time, you’re fixing your joints and building grip strength. The resistance level might feel a bit light for gym rats who crush cinder blocks for fun. But for rehab, recovery, or just keeping those wrists and elbows limber, this twisty little miracle does the trick. Just don’t be surprised if you start twisting random objects out of habit.

The bars are well-designed with a comfortable, non-slip grip, which makes them easy to use during short or extended workout sessions. They’re also lightweight and compact, so they’re easy to incorporate into a home workout routine or even take on the go.It’s great for anyone looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or maintain mobility in the arms and hands. I will say that I have become a fan of grip strength. I noticed my elderly Father was complaining about hand and wrist pains, so this was top of mind with the 6lb and 10lb sticks; what I though is more rehab level. The poundage refers to how stiff the stick is and difficulty to bend or twist it. They are also nicely colour coded.I kept the 15lb and 20lb sticks. I play with the 15lb one while I sit and watch YT. Unfortunately within the first few days, I was kind of twisting my wrists by holding an end and flicking it back and forth (like waving it kinda) about 180degress stressing my wrists ( I wasn’t really thinking.. more watching TY and fidgeting).. but I seemed to have sprained one of my wrists a little.. so don’t do that action.. it wasn’t recommended by the product so.. my bad to myself.OTHER than that.. I have been using them as described and I find that it’s quite effective. There are several different things that you can do that use all the different groups in your hands and wrists to twist and bend the sticks. The rubber is soft and they are ribbed for good purchase on them. After a while your grip becomes a little sensitive, but your skin toughens up a bit with use and you can do it longer and longer as you also gain strength and resilience.Interesting little kit that anyone can fidget with and get strength. Comes with a little bag too. 5 stars at about $9 each, to step up your strength.

5 out of 5 Stars (5)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐[TL;DR][QUALITY] (5/5)[VALUE] (5/5)[EASE OF USE] (5/5)[MET EXPECTATIONS] (5/5)[PACKAGING] (5/5)[REVIEW REMARKS]As someone who suffers with bouts of elbow, forearm, and shoulder tendon issues, I have used many devices over the years to help gain strength in these weak and injured areas. These work amazing and they even come with a series of documents exercises you can complete in less than 5mins a session. With five (5) resistance strengths, you can progressively treat elbows, wrists, and shoulder issues and gain strength back to these affected areas. As always, prior to commencing any rehab exercises, please consult with a trained medical professional for advice. This can be a member of your healthcare team. With forearm and shoulder muscles, they tend to weaken overtime as we age. They are a muscle group that needs to be targeted more so than larger muscle groups when you experience weakness or injury. These do a terrific job targeting these overlooked muscles in an efficient and effective way.I love that they are so easy to use and they come with a storage bag. Due to the materials they are made from, they are easy to keep clean and sanitary. I like this, especially if you are using with others. You can effectively disinfect and clean clean for the next person, or just keep them fresh for yourself.Excellent, gentle, resistance. Recommended. In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments

I picked up the FitBeast resistance bar set to help with some lingering tennis elbow and to improve my grip strength. The set includes four bars with varying resistance levels, which is handy for progressing through rehab or tailoring exercises to different needs. The bars are well-made and have a comfortable grip. They’re easy to incorporate into daily routines, whether you’re watching telly or taking a break at work. I’ve noticed a gradual improvement in my forearm strength and a reduction in elbow discomfort since using them. One thing to note is that the resistance levels aren’t marked on the bars themselves, so you’ll need to remember which colour corresponds to which resistance. It would be helpful if they were labelled for quick reference.Overall, it’s a solid set for anyone looking to rehabilitate their forearms or enhance grip strength. It’s convenient, effective, and offers good value for the price.
Shoot 4 A Star –
This set has 4 different resistance bars. The actual colours of the bars do not correspond to the colours in the instruction manual. However, the resistance ratings are marked on each bar, so be sure to check the number and don’t go by colour. The instructions included are handy. They educate about golfer’s and tennis elbow, how to diagnose it, and offer exercises to address each. The instructions are a good starting place, but they don’t go all the way in explaining everything like: How many reps should I do? How long should a treatment session be? How many times a day/week? So it’s good, but not enough. The bars themselves are good. The difference between the resistance is easy to feel. I like using them when I’m just sitting at the computer reading something. Helps keep me active, building muscle, and burning a few calories at the same time. Really helps fix the after-lunch drowsiness.I do have a concern about lifespan though. When I bend them, they don’t go 100% back to the original form. They stay slightly bent for a while. That means over time the resistance ratings for the bars will get impacted as they get used. Also, I’ll need to ensure I don’t cut the rubber on anything. If that happens, I’m pretty sure the rubber will split (although that’s a guess based on my experience with other rubber products. I didn’t purposely cut this to test that).I have tennis elbow, so I did those exercises indicated in the manual (although I noted they also have golfer’s elbow exercises). It definitely does something because a couple of the exercises immediately aggravated my elbow. However, after stopping, 10 minutes later that aggravation mostly subsided. I think I’ll have to use this over a longer period of time to see if it addresses the issue over time. Using it for a few days is not a sufficient evaluation period to determine long term impact. Physiotherapy takes time to have a lasting effect. It comes in a nice box and includes a handy storage bag, so it’s definitely giftable.I’ll update my review again if there’s a more permanent improvement (or injury) to my elbow over time.
