Perfect for patellar tendonitis exercises
This foam roller arrived promptly and is what it says it is. I purchased it to do exercises for jumper’s knee or patellar tendonitis. I have been going for therapy but the therapist says I need to incorporate the exercises into my permanent exercise schedule to maintain the strength of quads. It is an adequate size (not the large size, enough to place both legs on it) and firmness and appears to be of good quality. Am happy with the purchase.

Great portable roller
The first thing ill say is that this foam roller has a really good density. Its firm enough to work out tension but still comfortable to use. I usually prefer wheels, but this one is not bad at all. It also looks and feels like it’s made of high-quality materials. Well worth the money since its small and portable. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

A very good roller for a good price
The FitNation Foam Roller is a good investment for a fair price. The roller is a good size for rolling the lower back to ease lower back pain. The surface material is a fit hard, but not uncomfortable. I think a softer, more forgiving material would be better, but that is the only improvement I can suggest.

Life Changer
I use this primarily on my back. It was recommended to me for middle back fatigue and because I work at a desk much of the day and have for many years. I have one of these at home and one in my office. I actually use this at least a few times a day. Weight training alone was not dealing with my middle back pain. Adding this did the trick. If you work at a desk a lot or have to bend forward a lot you need to work on your thoracic spine. After I roll on this, I place it in the center of my back and bend back over it to stretch my chest and exercise my spine. Using it as a roller though has been key in dealing with mid back pain/fatigue.

Not super soft but not really hard. It’s right for me.
Got this thing as my other foam one was getting degraded….It’s a great size and much more solid. The traction is very helpful, to me, for foot rolling while doing my tantrums….keeps it’s circular shape vs the other getting bumpy when I’m glute rolling….it flattens out making it not roll well. This one appears to NOT do that and maintains it’s shape. We shall see how that goes over time.
