HOW TO WASH:

Hand wash only

Before Initial use: Wipe down the neoprene Waist Trimmer belt with a damp cloth. Use a clean cloth to dry off Waist Trimmer or air-dry overnight.

After Exercise: Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trimmer several times. Use a clean cloth to dry and air-dry overnight. Then, rinse the cloth and wipe down again until there are no soapy streaks left. Use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight.

HOW TO WEAR:

The Fitru Waist Trimmer should only be worn during exercise for no more than 2-3 hrs at a time. Before you begin exercising, adjust your Waist Trimmer to desired position and wrap it comfortably around your abdomen. The Fitru Waist Trimmer can be worn under or over your clothing but is designed to be most effective while worn under clothing.

NOTICE:

Please do not use if you are allergic to Neoprene. Test product first is you are unsure, If you develop a rash discontinue use immediately. The Fitru Waist Trimmer was designed by to be worn during exercise, and even though it will provide back support, it is not intended for this use. The Fitru Waist Trimmer is not a corset and will not compress the abdominal area like a corset. Please do not wear over any open wounds, or if you’re susceptible to dermatitis. Do not wear for more than 2 hours as Neoprene is designed to be worn for only short periods of time. Do not wear while sleeping. New Neoprene often has something similar to a “wetsuit smell”. Don’t worry, this will dissipate over a short time by washing and normal exposure to air.
