45 pounds set: 1x 5 feet Standard Barbell Bar (10 lbs) & Star Locks, 2x 2.5lbs, 2x 5lbs, 2x 10lbs Cast Iron Plates. Barbell Bar features multiple knurling positions for your convenience and safety, with a 300 pounds capacity. The plates are made of solid cast iron with a 1-inch center hole that fits any standard bar with a diameter of 1″. They can also be used with 1″ dumbbell bars. All plates feature a durable, baked enamel finish to prevent the plates from rust and corrosion without any unpleasant odor. The weight set allows you to do a wide range of exercises, from squats to bench presses.

Nice basic weight set
Good, reasonably priced item.The bar is solid, featuring knurled areas for a better grip.There’s plenty of room at either end for loading up weight plates which can be secured using the included spin lock collars.

I Love it!
Omg it came in 3 days early! I love it! It’s sturdy, the perfect size, the thickness is great and it doesn’t burn my hands like the stainless steel version I have from another brand. It’s so comfortable and I have plenty of plates to add on to this barbell. I’m a petite, 5 feet human, so this works well for me. Thanks!

Right side threads have Manufactuing design defect.
Make and appearance is great but right side of thread appears to have some design problem locking nuts don’t seems to come lose with little movement. tried switching locking nuts but problem remains on right side. I wish I could return or exchange it. since it doesn’t lock weight plates become lose end up causing additional moments noise friction to amplify the defect/ problem.

Replaced 5 below plastic bar
I bought this to replace the cheap plastic bar that came with a 5 below weight set when the plastic hex nuts cracked. I’m new to barbells and have only put about 10kg on it but it’s sturdy and solid and made it through a pretty active workout. The bar itself seems to actually weigh about 10lbs and came packaged in a solid cardboard tube with the ends screwed and taped on.
