Poor quality machine, missing parts, and no manufacturer support
I received this product about a month ago and have been using it since then. It’s a poor imitation of gym equipment you’d find at a real fitness center.When I opened the box to assemble it, I found that the manual was misprinted—several steps in the middle were missing. I tried visiting the manufacturer’s website, but it said the domain was for sale. The support phone number connected to a different company, and emails to the support team bounced back. It seems the manufacturer is no longer in business.The model number is LX-770, but online I could only find LX-750. I even called Amazon for help, but they couldn’t locate the manual either. (-1 star)Amazon offered me the option to either return the product or receive a partial refund. Since the item was too heavy to ship back, I chose the partial refund, which I appreciated. (+1 star)During assembly, the bolt holes didn’t align properly, so I had to file them down to make them fit. (-1 star)Some plastic parts were missing, and I had to find similar-sized pieces from my house to complete it. (-1 star)After finally putting it together, I found the machine to be unstable and shaky, just like other reviewers mentioned. The weight stack pin keeps sliding out after each set, and I have to push it back in before continuing. (-1 star)The leg press and leg extension parts are completely impractical — they look the part but don’t allow for proper form or effective movement.Because I received a partial refund, I’m somewhat satisfied with the final price. But if I had known all this in advance, I would’ve spent a bit more to buy a better-quality model instead.

Good weight machine, minor issues
Overall, very satisfied with this total gym. A small plastic bushing was missing but I was able to find something similar to replace it with. The stack pin doesn’t stay in. Falls out all the time. I will be replacing mine with a better one. The seat wobbles a little bit and the leg press does too. But given the price, this does just what I needed it to. Easy to put together but should state that it really needs 2 people (I did it by myself but it was challenging and back straining).

Bent piece.
First piece is bent. Found a second spot as well. Not sure if I’ll even be able to put this together or get it to work.Update. Got it together. Stickers don’t even line up with the weights. The entire thing is lopsided. Also the guards didn’t have two top holes drilled big enough so I had to use duck tape to hold it together.Conclusion. Would not buy it. Wish I could get my money back.

Wrong dimensions and parts expect some difficulties
Well first off you should know that the weight limits and measurements listed for this product are false, the weight limit is listed as 375lb max on equipment not 500 as stated, and while it says in pictures it is 68 in long it is actually 80 so if you are buying a mat for under it it would have to be longer than 80in.Now the box arrived damaged and it was missing multiple bolts and some pieces were bent. But that is on Amazon more than the company selling this, but if you get this expect to be doing some metal bending and searching for bolts in a bin of them you have on the garage. Also they didn’t get the clearances right on numerous places and I had to shave down(included pics of where cleances weren’t enough). But I got it on sale and wasn’t going to repack and ship all of this. So I made it work.The part I have yet to figure out how to “make it work” is the cables they gave me aren’t long enough. Probably would have been long enough if it was actually 68in lol.But that leaves the top weight hovering in the air and none of the holes line up(I adjusted some for that) and can’t use the bottom half of the stack since it’s hovering.

Piece of crap – broke after 2 months
If I could I would give this -5 stars. That’s right, NEGATIVE 5 stars. This is a piece of crap of a product. I was lifting 110lbs and one of the brackets snapped in half after about 2 months of use. Just horrible.

Wobbly and not stable at all specially all connections.
The entire machine’s all connections are a bit wobbly. Not a good quality product. Handles, seat and everything are very wobbly and not sturdy at all.
