Morning “lake paddling” time
I put this rowing machine next to the window, open the curtains every morning and start rowing. The sound of water is gentle and steady, as if it were gliding over the lake in the early morning, and the whole person is slowly waking up. The resistance adjustment is flexible, so my husband and I can practice at our own pace. The slide rail is smooth and there is no feeling of frustration. After 20 minutes, my whole body feels warm and I feel more energetic. What I like most is its foldable design. After being stored, it can be placed against the wall and takes up no space at all. The material is sturdy and the grip details are very comfortable. I used to think that exercise was a task, but now it’s more like a small enjoyment every day.

I’m an accountant, and I work from home. So, I needed something for exercise that wouldn’t take up too much space. This looked perfect. It was easy to set up. Filling the water tank wasn’t hard, but you do need to use pure water, so keep that in mind. The water makes a cool sound when you row. It’s not too loud, but it’s definitely there.The seat is comfy, and the handle is easy to grip. I can row for a good while without getting sore. I like that I can connect it to the app. It helps me keep track of my progress. And it folds up, which is great. I can tuck it away in a corner when I’m not using it. It feels sturdy. I think it will last a while. For the price, it’s a good deal.

Excellent resistance workout
This resistance workout unit is a good device for your biceps, triceps, and both your shoulders. Especially if you are always on the go and need something portable to take out at any time to get a quick workout. Resistance can be adjusted at any time, which is great because I can steadily increase the pressure based on my own pace. Some days I can go for a full resistance pulling while other days I like to have a lighter pull.Noticeable results after about two weeks of daily use. Will continue to use it on a weekly basis because of how portable it is and how much it had helped me the past few weeks.
