C9 is the BEST!
A friend living in Switzerland recommended this cleanse to me. I had never done one before but wanted to break some bad eating habits and lose 4-5 lbs. I am on day 7 and am feeling great! The instructions are easy to follow and everything is provided in the kit (except the food). The first two days were the hardest and the aloe vera drink tastes horrible but once you get past that and your body acclimates then it is easy with a little willpower. I was worried about not having coffee but switched to green tea and that has helped me from getting headaches. I am proud of myself and motivated with the results I have already seen. If you are considering this product, I would highly endorse it and encourage you to GO FOR IT!

The taste is ok. It didn’t bother me.I did this cleansing 4 years ago and lost 10 lb in that week and 10 lb more in next month. Had to lose only 20lb then.This time I lost 10 lb, working on next 10 lb.Last time had a problem with alergies, coudn’t find the right medicine to cure it. Somehow after this cleansing allergies no longer appeared.Had some problems with my period. Had it like 2-3 times a month. It almost didn’t stoped. My doctor didn’t find the problem. I was taking medicine and it didn’t help.Somehow after the cleansing my menstrual sycle got in place.This time I had to lose some weight and had some problems with my period again, for like 2 months. I didn’t wait the problem to get bigger. Bought this package and a month after cleansing, my problem solved again.

Incomplete package delivered
This product was delivered incomplete, there were items as per the description that were missing like softgels, shaking cup and therm. I couldn’t use it for the purpose I bought it. I hope a replacement can be sent through.

Works, it’s just great.
Amazing. Works. Following the steps and putting efforts is wey to results. After 3rd day you feel good, energized, and need for food is only in the head. Hunger is not that big, carving for some specific food is just in our heads. I lost 7 kg with daily exercise. But didn’t eat much and barely take the shake, no much or not often free food and the results are there. We can push our body and our mind out of any limits. Amazing.

Awesome, but lacking pamphlet guide.
I have received the product all in good condition, except it didnt have the pamphlet guide which sucks because I am a pen and paper person and writing my progress and plan would have been more satisfactory for me to do than doing it in the app. Now I have to print it myself. Not a big deal for the majority, but a bummer for me.

Amazing product. If you are not committed it won’t work. I finished day 6 and I feel great. I didn’t buy this to loose weight (but I am 6 lbs lighter) I got it to get rid of all the unnecessary things in my body before I start a diet and attempt to loose weight! The aloe gel does taste bad but you are basically drinking pure aloe. But once you get to day 3 you’ll be fine because you’ll only have to drink it in the morning. Overall this is a great product to get you ready for a healthier lifestyle.

I add a little unsweetened lemonade powder to the aloe drink to give it some taste… first day is the hardest then you get used to it and the weight melts off… on day 5 now.

Mir war in der ersten Nacht echt übel gewesen, deswegen habe ich die Frühstückstabletten ausgelassen und nur die erlaubten Früchte gegessen. Gewöhnt habe mich erst am 5Tag an das Gel und den Geschmack vom Shakepulver, habe vorher nie sowas getrunken. Ich fühle mich fitter und durch den Gewichtsverlust auch wohler.Wog 64kg und danach 62kg. Mein Vater wog 112kg und danach 103kg. Unglaublich aber wahr! Mein Vater hat Spaziergänge gemacht, ich konnte aufgrund meiner Erkältung nicht viel bewegen.Im Januar wollen wir es erneut bestellen.

Strictly followed the diet and 0 result – in fact, gained 200grams. and -3cm on the chest.Overall, the diet is easy to handle, with all the pills, powders etc. never felt too hungry. Slightly more tired in the evenings and more sleepy. Everything is quite easily indicated what to do, but it’s not indicated exactly why and what do all these ingredients do – so i just trusted the program.I’m not really overweight and not super skinny, just average. but it did absolutely nothing for me except of stomach pains towards the end.

Programm wird gut erklärt und mit dem Verlaufsplan vergisst man nichts. Allerdings war ich jeden Tag hungrig, habe nur 2 Kilo abgenommen, konnte nicht eine Nacht durch-schlafen, weil ich alle 3 Stunden auf die Toilette musste. Starke Konzentationsprobleme ab Tag 3. Arbeite in der Buchhaltung, also ziemlich unmöglich während der Arbeit dieses Programm durch zu ziehen. Ob ich nun nach diesen Tagen gereinigt bin kann ich nicht feststellen. Ich freue mich auf mein erstes gewürztes Gericht und den ersten Kaffee
