It is a filter, works well, can tell the difference from TAP water. Easy to install, Great for the Ice maker. I think it could be a bit cheaper though. Goof proof instructions. Literally takes 5 min to replace them all.

Exact replacement
Very easy to replace, popped the cartridge tube off the assembly. Undid the top. Pulled old filter out & put new in and put back under sink. All in all took me 10 mins to replace all 3. Water taste great again and saving $$ 😉

A little water spills out when changing.
Great company. Had the filter system a year now. Water is crisp and clean. Very easy to change. One note put a towel down when swapping the carts. There will be a little water that spills out when you disconnect. Other than that great option for well water or just fluoride removal.

Everything went well with changing to new filters
Just changed the first two filters after six months the water taste great and filters cartridges look like they did their job, lots of contaminants inside those older ones!

Combined with countertop RO machine, desired water quality is achieved
Water tastes so much better after using these (removed chlorine taste), but we still run the water through a countertop reverse osmosis machine which makes our water taste great. Using both water filters we are able to achieve the level of water quality we need for our health needs. No leaks in several months of use. Water flow is unaffected. I do wish they lasted longer. Easy to install.

Works great and easy to replace cartridges
Have been using this system and replacements for a couple years now. Easy to exchange cartridges. You know when city water has been lower quality when you have to exchange cartridge sooner than expected! Catches a lot of stuff you do not want to drink!
