This belt is not thick and probably not used as a weight belt…..but it worked wonders to stabilize my back of which I have issues with.

I use these for lower back support when sleeping, since I’m a side sleeper and my wife “must” have those super thick and deep pillow-top mattresses. I’ve use a lot of different ones and this one, while it works, is on the lower end. I have a 38in waist and it barely fits, so don’t get it if you’re a 40+ because even with the largest size available, this one won’t work for you. As for the hook-n-loop attachment, it’s about 6 inches tall and 1 inch wide, meaning it will not attach straight, especially when trying to pull it tighter for back support. The material is really thin, has the right amount of stretch, attaches really strong, and after using this for 3 weeks straight it shows no sign of wear. Keeps me sweating, and core engaged
I’ve never used anything like this before, but my tummy tends to be my most stubborn area so I thought it was worth a try. I always work up a pretty good sweat working out, but this adds to it for sure. It’s basically a neoprene layer that makes my waist sweat more. But if I put it on nice and tight, it also helps me keep my core engaged and stomach tucked in. A lot of times when doing non-abdominal exercises, I tend to let my core relax a bit. But with this, I find I keep it tight the entire time. I ordered the 8 inch, I’m 5’5″ and 130 lbs, with a 27 inch waist. You can make it as tight as you’d like. The 8 inch size covers my entire abdomen, almost up to my bra strap. I’m hoping that it will help blast some extra belly, although after 3 kids, I’m sure a bit of it is there to stay. Fingers crossed!

Velcro wide closure with reinforced border around entire belt. Provides some added support for my back when exercising and running. Easy to adjust and durable. It’s helping with overall results. There is a slight smell from the latex-free neoprene, and they recommend machine wash cold and lay flat to dry.
