CHILI LIME IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Chili Lime is the best flavor (that I had so far…) next in line is the Avocado🥑 Oil (that’s yummy too!) Without a thyroid i need extra iodine daily & these aren’t too salty that it does not cause swelling or puffiness. After all sea salt is fabulous. Great size for a small or to use to crumble into your miso soup. I’m happy I purchased two, now I just need to restrain myself. Great price point, delivered & delicious!

This is a great healthy snack. I like the Teriyaki flavor a lot but it’s a little sweeter than what I would prefer.

Best low sodium healthy snack
Delicious. Decent heat from the Korean BBQ flavor. Korean BBQ and Chili Lime are the best flavors. Teriyaki is not bad. Salt is just ok; not bad but obviously boring compared to the others. The sodium content is generally between 30 and 60 mg per package depending on the flavor which is great. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried a few flavored nori snacks, and this chili-lime one is definitely my favorite. It’s got just enough heat and spice to cut through that usual “funky” seaweed flavor and make it actually crave-worthy. Crunchy, savory, and just a little kick at the end — it’s the perfect healthy snack when you want something bold but still light.If you’ve tried nori before and thought it tasted… questionable, give this one a shot.
