I have arthritis and deformed fingers. These fit great. Gel is great for my hands. We rode 24 miles the other day and my hands felt good.

Great Beginner Gloves
As a new cyclist just getting into the sports for fitness and casual races I didn’t know what to look for and brands either. I did some research and was between this pair and their next level up pair. The gloves are snug fit, stop right at your wrist and the cushion is in all of the right spots. I thought the sweat part on the thumb was a gimmick of a feature but it is actually really effective. My only complaint and I’m not sure if it is just cycling glove material in general is that it can pile at times durability may be an issue long term.

The only cycling gloves I will buy
I got my first pair of these at the bike store for $40 two years ago. They have been well used but I needed a new pair in a smaller size because I lost a lot of weight and my hands shrunk. These new ones are great, and $5 less than the bike store — plus the bike store is often out of these (these must be popular). These are high quality gloves with extensive gel padding. I have not found any other gloves with more padding than these, and the padding is gel so it takes much longer to wear down and compress than a foam padding (like is used in cheap gloves). My old pair’s gel is still nearly as thick as my new ones’ gel, and my old ones are 2 years old with nearly 12,000 miles on them. I haven’t had to wash these new ones yet, but I have washed my old ones weekly along with all my bike clothes. Beware if you wash them with anything else because the black suede-like fabric will bleed — a LOT — in the first few washes. I started washing them my hand in the sink, and then eventually started putting them in a mesh bag and washing them in the washing machine on cold with powdered detergent.These are the only gloves I will buy!

Quality has worsened
My prior pair of these gloves lasted over 5000 miles. We are about 400 miles into our European trip and I bought these gloves the week prior to leaving, but they have ripped and the padding is sliding out. What a “ripoff“! Yeah, I can’t recommend these gloves. Maybe it was a defect, but I noticed that the day after I was able to return them. Plus, I’m in Europe so I can’t return them. What a pain.

Comfortable, true on size and durable. I’m riding aprox 3 times a week and previous pair served me for good 2 years. I would not recommend to wash them on hot cycle and let them dry on it’s own, no dryer.

The gloves are very comfortable. My commute to work is long, takes about two hours, and I got these gloves because they were specifically recommended to reduce wrist pain. And looks like they did their magic because I haven’t been feeling any pain since I started wearing them (I also did a seat height adjustment so maybe that also contributed). The padding is good, the grip is good and the gloves are reasonably warm.My only problem is that, after wearing them for a month, a piece of blue rubber fell out from one of the paddings. This happened while I was riding, like out of nowhere I could feel a piece of rubber between my fingers. I wanted to put it back in but somehow lost it. It’s not a big deal because it’s just one padding out of like 15, so I don’t feel the difference, but it got me worried that maybe these gloves will fall apart within a year. Let’s hope I’m wrong on that!

One of the gel pads came out due to loose stitching on the thumb the first time wearing them. But if it was not for this I would have given 5 stars, nice materials and good design.
