No bad for the price
Came selead i havent noticed any changes, but i can feel irritation on my stomach. Be sure to eat well before taking it.. might burn.I will update this if i noticed any improvement. So far 2 weeks taking the pills

Huge capsules
Just got it and I’m surprised by how big the capsules are. I about choked and died the first time I took them. You have to take 5 of them! But good amount for the price.

5 ovsersized capsules per day
Oversized capsules if you ask me, I thought it would be 1 a day but it’s 5 capsules per day and they’re too big for what they are. If you’re fine with that it’s a solid product but I would have preferred smaller capsule(s).The creatine itself seems to be good quality though so no complaints if you’re after creatine in capsules and don’t mind swallowing big ones.
