I was so excited to get this! Very easy set up. No leakage. Quiet but the output is AMAZING. I love how large it is so refilling it every couple days is so easy. Cleaning is easy. As long as you read the directions you shouldn’t have issues. Love the remote control since I’m 8m pregnant and the led color change is great as a little night light. Cools down the room which I like. I also love that it tells you the humidity levels in the room

Seller refused to honor warranty
The humidifier worked for just shy of 60 days, then it began to make a loud humming sound and the remote stopped working. Being past the 30 day window for returns, I called Amazon customer service, who confirmed that the seller offers a warranty for up to a year that includes replacement of the faulty item. She helped me send the message to the seller, requesting the replacement. The seller responded the next day by refusing any assistance due to the 30-day return window being closed. I called Amazon back this morning and the agent was very helpful and agreed that the seller is responsible for replacing my humidifier per their warranty policy. She offered a refund on behalf of Amazon and assured me that they would be following up with Woot regarding this concern. It wasn’t until I saw the follow up email from Amazon that my refund amount is to be almost $20 less than I paid for the faulty humidifier. So I called Amazon back to ask why. He said the refund deducts the cost of a “restocking fee” on behalf of Amazon. So after all that, I’ve wasted time and money and am left without a humidifier for over a week, which is really essential in the dry climate here in the winter time. I can’t afford to just buy another humidifier like this one, which I paid $85 for, so I’ll have to wait for the partial refund first. Very disappointing.

Good but Noisy at Times
Good humidifier with UV light, eliminates white dust, but noisy at times. You will need to set it on a ~16″ table, to reach enough height for the humidity to spread across the room. This unit is mostly quiet. But, it makes a loud gushing noise, occasionally, which awakens my sleep. Read instructions carefully before cleaning. The unit can be damaged if water enters certain areas. Warranty protection plan is a must have.
