It feels kinda cheap & plastic-ey but the hand grips feel ergonomic and it does work. If you’re on the fence, I think it’s worth it.

These work wonderfully for my hands. I have severe arthritis, and they make it possible for me to do the physical therapy I need. I also have small hands, and the grooves are designed so well that my fingers naturally slip into the proper position. Very helpful and comfortable to use.

Fits really good in your hands
Works great would like to know the max weigh that this can handle. Adjusting your hands is important to get the best feel when using this device. I’ve tried it 3 time so far and I’m enjoying it.

Entirely plastic construction other than the “O” where you clip onto your cable (metal). Handles swivel and fit nicely in the hand, good molded hand fit. No flex when lifting heavy and does not add any weight to your wrists vs using a metal version. I have large hands (2XL gloves) and it fits well enough to comfortably use.

This is a solid piece to use for your back, but for some odd reason, they thought making the handles very hard and with edges and ridges is a good idea!! There are grooves for your thumb and finger, which is fine. But the handle material is made of such hard material that leaves a mark in your hands, even when wearing lifting gloves. I am returning it.

The handle has a solid construction. The grip is molded to fit the hand in a particular way and direction so it’s only comfortable in one position. Also, as the grip is in plastic it doesn’t move as freely when I’m making movements with it.
