Micro Ingredients pure micronized creatine monohydrate powder. A natural workout supplement for men and women that is unflavored and designed to easily dissolve into any beverage or pre workout & post workout powder drinks. Each bag contains over a 3 months supply and offers 5g of pure creatine per scoop.
Our creatine is made from the most effective monohydrate form and uses keto & vegan friendly ingredients. Creatine has been a very popular muscle builder, especially for those who are athletes and bodybuilders looking to get bucked up and promote complete performance and energy. creatine is one of the most well-known supplements and has positives benefits for any category of people whether you are looking for lean muscle mass, weight management, strength, or endurance.
Creatine can be traced backed to the mid-1800s and has only gone up in popularity over the years. The monohydrate form we use is considered the best rated creatine on the market and works best inside the body. Your body naturally creates and stores creatine mainly in the muscles and brain, but sometimes these stores can get depleted quickly. Adding extra creatine to the diet is shown to be beneficial in promoting replenishment of natural creatine levels.

Each scoop of our unflavored micronized powder will supply your body with sufficient levels of creatine and give your body the support it needs to reach your full potential.

Noticeable physical and cognitive improvements
I’ve been taking creatine for more than 2 decades at this point as a supplement to help with weight training. For years, the recommendation was to take 5g daily to boost physical performance, especially in short-duration, intense activities like powerlifting.Within the last 5-10 years, some studies have suggested that higher levels of supplementation (up to 20g daily from what I’ve seen) can help boost cognitive abilities, fight off the effects of short-term sleep deprivation, and help counteract some of the negative effects of stress. The brain can also take advantage of creatine supplementation, but only if there is enough left over after the muscles of the body have taken what they can use. At least that’s my basic understanding of how it works. The takeaway is that increasing supplementation levels (assuming you do not suffer from an illness or condition that makes creatine supplementation counterproductive or dangerous) can help both physical and cognitive processes, and the recommended levels of creatine intake have risen to 15-20g/day according to some sources. The good news is that creatine is relatively inexpensive and, if you tolerate it (some people get gastrointestinal upset if they take too much), there doesn’t appear to be much of a downside to trying more. It’s difficult to know whether a product like this is effective without trying it, so that’s what I did. I’ve been taking 5mg/day for years and it has helped with weight training, but recently I upped the dose to 15g/day. I’ve noticed less fatigue and increased mental acuity, especially if I haven’t slept well (which unfortunately happens far too often now that I’ve gotten older). No, I can’t suddenly lift 3X as much as I did last week, and I’m not in danger of joining MENSA any time soon, but the physical and mental benefits are noticeable to me.Is it placebo effect? Perhaps some, but I doubt all of it is. I think the creatine is doing what several studies and many users have already reported– increasing energy stores for both muscles and brain to use. Another family member I recommended this to has reported increased focus and less fatigue with just 5g a day (this person had never taken creatine before) so I think the physiological results are real, not a fluke. The nice part about finding an inexpensive source of creatine like this is that taking relatively large amounts every day is affordable. At 20g/day (a pretty big dose), there are 50 servings in a 1kg bag. Given the current cost of about $26 per bag, that’s a little over $0.50 per day, which for most people is not a tremendous amount to spend. Or you can take a little less and stretch it out even further. At this price, you can afford to experiment, though I haven’t seen any protocols recommending more than 20g/day and I personally wouldn’t go higher.I mix some in protein shakes and some in my morning coffee. This way I spread my intake throughout the day. I do this mostly to prevent stomach upset (I’m not prone to it when taking creatine but why tempt fate) and so that I get 2-3 smaller doses instead of one large one. There is some grittiness when taking it with coffee, but not much, and I can’t taste it at all which is good. I like coffee WAY too much to ruin it with something that tastes disgusting, no matter how good it is for me.You can easily spend more money on creatine, and there may be something to be said for the CreaPure creatine powders that are more highly refined and purified. The cost is 2-4X higher, however, so someone is going to have to convince me that it’s worth the additional price. This stuff works, has good reviews, and doesn’t cost a lot.

Great for muscle recovery!
I’ve been using this instant creatine powder for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. It dissolves completely in water—no clumps, no gritty texture—which makes it very easy to take every day. Since starting, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels during workouts, especially for high-intensity exercises like lifting and sprinting. My muscles feel fuller and stronger, and I’m recovering faster between sets and workouts. I also notice less fatigue overall, which helps me push a little harder each session. Over time, it’s made a noticeable difference in my strength and endurance. I like that it’s pure, unflavored, and doesn’t have any unnecessary additives.Overall, this creatine is high quality, effective, and easy to incorporate into daily routine. It’s definitely helped me reach my fitness goals faster, and I’ll continue using it long-term. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve strength, endurance, and recovery!

I love this stuff
I feel quite strongly that creatine might be the best over the counter supplement I have ever ingested. Mix the tiny little scoop of powder into some apple cider or juice to drink down what ever other supplements you may take, or not. Sharpens your mind as well as drives your workouts. Not kidding. I’m on a different level since creatine.

Energy
I definitely noticed a difference in energy levels. I add to my coffee in the morning and in evenings for the dreaded leg day at the gym. Definitely improves strength.

Great price for size!
This creatine seems just as pure as the Thorne that I previously used but the price is so much better. I take 15-20 g per day so I need a quality product with a decent price that comes in large quantity. Found it!

Mixes easily, flavorless, perfect for your protein shake
This company makes easy to mix products. There’s not grittiness or aftertaste. It’s virtually “invisible” and concentrated into a small scoop. Mixes easily with a protein shake.

The product dissolves easily even when the liquid is at room temperature. It doesn’t have any taste, so it can be incorporated into milk or juice if desired.
