At first I was a little skeptical, but I went forward and I’m so glad I did!I am personally very sensitive to weight loss products, but Burn XT Max has NOT given me the jitters, blurred vision or headache the way other products have. I began taking one capsule the same time daily for one week. The second week I increased the capsules to, two, although the instructions said three. I wanted to pace myself and not overdue it.This is now my third week and I have noticed a slight headache taking three capsules. The good thing is, I can still take two capsules and have good results.My weight loss in terms of inches is very noticeable in my lower belly, hips, thighs and waist. I have not been to the gym use weights, but I have been working out from home and eating as healthy as possible.A con for this product is that it makes me release a lot of gas, however, it does a great job at waste removal from my body. I have not experienced abdominal pain, no bloating, no diarrhea and no cramping.So, for me, this product is a definite winner and I will purchase a 2nd a bottle very soon.I can’t wait to see my results once I’m able to get to the gym to weight train!Results may vary is quite true and if something doesn’t work for you, then move on, but do not discredit the product.You may have to make other changes in your eating habits to include more fresh fruit and veggies and of course water! You may need to add more weight or more gym visits. Keep moving forward and don’t give up!

So here I go, I am a 42 year old male. I was 236 lbs when I first started taking these pills, after a month of taking them till they were empty I am now 223 pounds.I lost 13 pounds in a month, that’s really good, as you get older, your metabolism slows down. I had a hard time losing weight on my own, I took a chance on these pills and I will tell you I took Burn XT Max with Lean PM MAX, I too 3 pills Burn XT MAX in the morning with a banana and Slim fast.I took Lean PM MAX four pills at night, I would run on the treadmill for 30 minutes four days a week.I ate very clean and light food. I did calorie counting.You have to eat clean and exercise for these to work, but my recommendation is definitely try these out. If you really wanna lose weight I’m gonna buy another bottle because they work so well.So the question for you guys that you might have is I did not have any side effects with these, I have a sensitive stomach and I never got headaches, the jitters from the caffeine, and no diarrhea.Some stool was a little soft, but not bad.The caffeine is 136 per pill, but like I said, I had no side effects except the side effects of losing weight lolanyways, I just really wanted to write a good review about burn XT max and lean PM max of my journey with it.I lost 3 in off my waist, my face and my stomach have gone down in fat.And I forgot to say that the appetite suppressant really works, other diet pills I have taken after two weeks the appetite oppression stops working, but these appetite suppressant works very well.You will get a little odd taste fromTaking the pills but you get use to it.That is my review on these two amazing diet pills from Jack factory… I don’t really write reviews on anything, but I had to on these.

GREAT SUPPLEMENT STOP BEING LAZY
This is an honest review: I was actively searching for a supplement to aid in fat loss and weight loss—two very distinct goals that many overlook. I consistently took this supplement while adhering to a solid diet and incorporating plenty of cardio and weight training. In just 5 weeks, I went from 208 pounds with 28 percent body fat down to 185 pounds and 23 percent body fat. This supplement unequivocally works; it provided me with energy while suppressing my appetite. The only drawback? At times, it gave me a little too much energy! If you didn’t achieve results, I firmly believe you’re not pushing yourself hard enough. This deserves 5 stars from me!
