Great quality creatine hcl
great product, no bloat. The unflavored option is the best because its pure creatine, without the sucralose or sulfites, but it is tart. If you decide to go with a flavor it will definitely cut the tartness, but you’ll get the aforementioned extra ingredients

Gave me a headache/migraine
Took one scoop in a large water bottle for a month and a half, making sure to stay well hydrated the entire time. Out of nowhere I got this horrible headache that wouldn’t go away. Two hospital trips later with no answers, just prescription pain meds, I finally stopped taking it of my own accord (was going to begin eliminating things I consume by how recently I started consuming them.) Drank plain water, and the headache dissipated over the course of a week. Also, why I believe it was this product and not something else: I am fortunately not prone to headaches or migraines by any means, I tested negative for flu, covid & lyme disease, I had a CT scan & blood work that came back totally normal. So on top of all that, the timing would be extremely coincidental if it was something else. Just wanted to share my experience incase someone else experiences something similar & goes back to find negative side effects in the reviews. I have no idea if I’m just overly sensitive to creatine or if it was the Sucralose or fillers in this specific brand/product to be honest. This was just my experience.

works great for me, helped me lose 5 pounds on and off in the same week using it after doing cardio on my bike for 3 weeks straight prior not losing much mass, i was on creatine before but just stopped to maximize my natural growth, my new reason to use creatine is to help me lean down so hopefully it proves with more use! Great product as i use, seems to be helping me cut quickly because i see more vascularity and shape and it’s showing quickly than prior before use (i’m 190 lbs 6”4) used to weigh 280 fat, I started creatine at 215 first timeknocked me down to 205 then i went off creatine down to 195, that became a point where i knew i wouldnt lose as much fat compared to muscle mass and i’d have to work even harder to tone but creatine really helps keep your muscles energized and your body supplemented with water so you can also work out longer, therefore getting stronger and leaner faster, i also noticed increased energy levels and brain function (Thinking more critically, Overall high energy throughout the day) i felt tired day by day before taking it because my body was tired of doing all that extra healing probably hahahaha give it a try its a good flavor, no nasty stomach bloating, no gritty mix in your water, good for the price 👍 TY
