Perfect tricep cable pull down bar. 28″, just right for shoulder width pull downs. The angle is perfect taking the pain out of tricep pull downs. Worth the money.

Fantastic bar for arm work and both cable or resistance band users
Great quality bar that comes with 3 carabiners, which I appreciated. Alot of the others don’t throw those in.Its 1″ less than the 29″ listed, but won’t make any real difference. This is a great option for those using resistance, offering flexibility to attach at the center as well at either end.Its sized a bit small for lat pulldowns, but really seems to be intended for arm work, which its spacing is just right for.Knurling is uniform and deep. A bit on the sharp side, work out gloves may be a good idea. I had seen a few mention rust on the bar as well as the carabiners. Happy to say mine looked great, perfect plating and grease in the middle swivel to prevent any corrosion.Pretty happy with this purchase.

This bar was probably the cheapest priced bar of this type I looked at on Amazon. Saw more expensive all chrome ones advertised but I decided to give this a try. Very impressed. Seems to be very well made. Heavy and solid. The hard plastic grips are comfortable. The rest is shiny polished chrome. Great for triceps push downs 2 different grips, and biceps 2 different grips. Also good for reverse grip lat pull downs. Not really wide enough for neutral grip lat pull downs. I bought this for biceps and triceps, not lats . I recommend.

I received this product to a remote location in only two business days which was impressive.The product itself is heavy at maybe 10-15lb on its own. It seems to be of high quality. I bought it to use as a curl bar with the cable machine. I wasn’t sure it would be good for that size wise but it’s perfect. You can use it for curls with a closer grip or wide grip and both feel comfortable on the wrists. It also works well to push down for triceps. I’m sure it will be good for lat work but I haven’t used it for that yet.As of now I would highly recommend this product.
