My Go 2 Drink before Glp1 but especially now
Amazing tasting nutritional drink. Lean1 has been my favorite go-to meal replacement for years but after starting my Glp-1 Tirzepatide Zepbound journey it has become my #1 daily choice. The taste is smooth and not chalky or smelly. I love the chocolate and strawberry flavors the most. Lean1 just makes my body feel so good and supplies all the nutrients I need especially selenium. One trick I discovered to make these shakes really smooth and silky is to use the Whip feature on your blender to give it the most deliciously blended texture.As with all things healthy or not unfortunately the price has skyrocketed. I wish it was cheaper but the price is in line with the majority of protein meal replacement shakes available I see. However I love the taste of this one.

I SWEAR by this product, it has helped my loose over 60 pounds, GREAT!
I honestly swear by this product. I haven’t a clue how they have packed in so many veggies, used so little sugar and made it taste this good. It is lower in sugar then most of the other protein powders I have used, and tastes way better then any of them. Before this I was using Lean15 by EAS, but found this to be far superior.The taste is honestly phenomenal! I use 2 scoops with cold water in a Blender Bottle, and it tastes like a milk shake. I do highly recommend using COLD water and either a blender or blender bottle, not just stirring it in a cup.I have lost over 60 pounds, and this was a big part of that. I did also use a healthy diet, some other healthy protein products, and working out.I am listing a few other products that I used along my journey, and continue to use, because if you are looking at this product then some of these may be of interest and help you too.*Quest Protein Bars – They are nearly sugar and carb free, very high in fiber (16+grams, completely digestible, no side effects) and very high in protein (20+grams) and taste great. Some do have sucralose, some do not, check their website where they lay it all out very simply. If you are looking for a truly healthy, no BS bar, this is it.*Starkist Tuna Creations – These little pouches pack a huge amount of protein while being super low sugar and carb, they are very low calorie 80-110 and make an EXCELLENT snack!*Progresso Soups – For some reason Progresso is consistently lower in calorie then Campbells Chunky, and is very good tasting. I use the “Zesty” line which varies from 160-250 calories (per can, not serving) and make awesome healthy lunches. You can even take one and add more veggies, or lean protein to it and have a great dinner.*Shred Matrix – these are weight loss pills and should be used with caution after reading the directions, as should any of these types of products, but this one really does work.*Assault – Pre workout that makes you want to work out (again, use as suggested).

I use this vanilla protein powder with two additional chocolate protein powders. I like that it has a thickening property that creates a milkshake effect. It does have good flavor, however, it is too sweet for me with the recommended two scoops. It was significantly cheaper than my usual brand so I decided to give it ago. Try it and see what you think.

Best hiprotein drink ever
Have tried my share of protein drinks and this by far is superior. I mixed it with Fairlite low fat milk and it had a full bodied texture it mixed well and above all had a superior taste. Not sure about cravings yet as I just tried it but very pleased with it.

Absolutely the best Weight Loss Powder Mix
I absolutely love the Lean 1 chocolate shake mix. I have lost 13 pounds and a dress size so far and it has been so easy. I have a shake smoothie for breakfast and do not feel hungry until lunch. I have another smoothie for lunch which holds me to dinner. No snacks in between meals—only water. My smoothie is 2 scoops of Lean 1, 12 ounces of water, a handful of spinach, and frozen berries and bananas—my Ninja mixer blends it so smoothly. I can’t say enough about the Lean 1 chocolate mix.

nice product..just started using it taste is really good. I still do get hungry though…probably good for breakfast and evenings before hitting the gym. still think u need lunch and dinner. its only 200 calories a glass
