After a long day, strapping this thing on feels like convincing your legs they just got upgraded to first class. The compression cycles through your feet, calves, and thighs in a way too relaxing. The heat option adds a nice cozy layer, especially if you’re the type who thinks socks are optional even in winter.The handheld controller is straightforward, so you don’t need an engineering degree to use it. Six modes, three intensities, and a memory function mean you can find your sweet spot without fiddling every time. It does shut off after 20 minutes, which is probably for the best, because otherwise I’d still be sitting there pretending I’m at a spa instead of on my couch with laundry piling up. It packs up nice and easy so it goes with me on every road trip! For the price and what it delivers, this is an easy 5 stars from me.

Great after a leg-day at the gym.
I often need a leg massage after leg-day at the gym to relieve tension in my legs. The squeeze on this is really good and helps me relax. I have thick muscular legs and and these fit pretty well. I can feel it all over my legs, even my calf muscles. The cycle lasts about 20 minutes and then shuts off, and that seems to be a good enough time. It does have a heating functions which might be nice in the winter time. Great product idea, worth a purchase!

These compression leg massagers work great! My kids do track and field and we have been trying to incorporate more recovery. The heating works great and it has many settings that you can adjust to your specific needs! It provides good relief and comfort.

Soothing for aching legs
I suffer from pretty severe fibromyalgia which affects my legs a lot. One thing that helps is heat and compression and massage but thats impossible to do yourself or cover your whole legs area so i gave these a try. Im a little overweight and was worried they would nto fit but they did. They really help a lot, even more so than i imagined they would. You definitely have to be lying down to use them but once they are on, they are very easy to control the different settings and you do not have to have heat on. They took a long time to get here but worth the wait!

Works but Pressure to high
The product is well made and the massage work as advertised , But the pressure when inflated on your leg is too high even on Min setting

Sized for thinner legs.
While this product works as intended, there isn’t anything to tell you if the size is appropriate for a larger thigh. My thigh barely fits into that portion of the leg massager. The compression is fairly tight and actually pinches my thigh. I did not feel any vibration, only heat and pressure. Due to the high compression on thigh I couldn’t wear it long. It is easy to use, slide your foot and calf into the sleeve as if it were a boot, then strap the thigh area on. The velcro closure on the thigh is so strong I had trouble getting them apart to put on. The thigh strap met with about an inch overlap, causing the thigh pressure to be very strong even on the minimum setting. The zipper for foot and calf were difficult to unzip, I had no trouble getting my foot and calf in the sleeve without unzipping it. I only used the minimum compression and heat again I did not feel anything that might be considered massage. This product will work well for someone with smaller thighs but that isn’t me.
